Unfortunately, they cross-threaded two of the lug nuts on one of my rims. I am only discovering this 10 months later after a tire shop could not remove the lug nuts on one of my rims. I had to take it to another mechanic to get them off as I could not (they were free spinning). It cost me $360. All for a very avoidable mistake by these guys. Be careful having any work done by these guys that involves removing wheels

Arrived on the 24th to be told "sorry we sold your tires and have to reorder them, when would you like to reschedule?" You lost a repeat customer, I don't have time for this kind of operation. This one has layers. Please, do not trust this shop…read more Please, do not allow this shop to do any work in your vehicle that doesn't involve tires. ASE Certified mechanic here... A year ago, they could not properly perform an alignment on my vehicle and told me I needed to have extra hardware installed which required over $300 in work. I took it to a trusted friend at Kress Tire in Pittsburgh and they aligned it just fine. Thought, alright, just a young mechanic's mistake, took an experienced fella to get it done right. Took it back later to have my vehicle inspected, I received a vehicle that was in fact inspected, but with a quote that "your exhaust has a slight leak and we will pass it this time, but will cost about $1,800 to repair next time" to which I rolled my eyes. I later took it to Deep Hollow in Albright, and the honest mechanic repaired it in an hour, very fine work for less than $200. It gets worse. Had the A/C refilled at Deep Hollow (my now trusted shop) But the pump had previous issues, and now required replacement. Shop didn't have time to fit me in before I leave for my road trip, so I tried Tire Lame again (not a typo) figuring hey, they can't strike out a third time, right? Right? Handed a very specific work order to only replace the A/C compressor. Quoted me $500 to replace my compressor. I brought the vehicle in, they then increased the quote to $800, to which I refused. Time to pick the vehicle up. I received the vehicle with no cruise control response (I am disabled in my right leg and always use CC) When I returned home, I traced the vacuum lines to find the careless mechanic had broken a nipple to the vacuum line just above the high pressure nipple for the A/C system and neglected to repair it afterward. Not to mention fully disconnecting the CC linkage on the throttle. That's not the worst. I delivered the vehicle with a full tank of gas, I picked it up an 1/8 under, with my dash cam wires disconnected. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO WORK ON YOUR VEHICLES. I've never seen such negligence. The only reason and the ONLY reason they get two stars, is they have good prices on tires. And the quality of tires has yet to be proven. Maybe I'll come back and rant about that too. If you made it this far, call someone else. You've obviously had your doubts. DM me if you want the video showing the post-pickup video of the issues they left me with and the repairs that I'll never get the time back for. Have a good day y'all, and stay away from shops like this.

I ordered tires…read moreon December 2nd and was promised they would arrive in 5-7 days, but I never received any updates. I made multiple calls throughout December to follow up, but each time I was given vague responses and no specific answers. In mid-December, I was told I'd receive a callback, which never happened. At the end of December, when I called again, the person on the phone couldn't provide any information and claimed the staff member responsible wasn't available. Despite my repeated efforts to get clarity, I've been met with nothing but excuses and poor communication. The lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable.

If I could give them negative stars, I would!!…read more I would not recommend Westover Tire. We took my daughter's car in for new brake pads, rotors, and an inspection. The car had been running fine, but the shop told us it needed a new alternator. Because the estimated repairs would have cost more than the car was worth, we declined the work. After my daughter picked up the car and started driving home, the shop called to say they had left a tool inside the car and had also kept her driver's license and registration. While she was driving back to retrieve them, the car completely broke down on the side of the highway and had to be towed. The timing was extremely concerning, especially since the car had shown no signs of an alternator problem before it was taken to Westover Tire. When I called to discuss the situation, the manager, Jeff, was condescending and sarcastic. He asked, "If she stopped at the grocery store, would it be their fault that the car broke down?" That response showed no concern for my daughter being stranded on the highway and did nothing to address our concerns. They offered no help and said that this wasn't on them. Between the breakdown immediately after the shop handled the car, the tool left inside it, the failure to return her license and registration, and the manager's unprofessional attitude, we have serious concerns about how the vehicle and this situation were handled.
