I usually schedule my appointments through the Vagaro website. Over the years, several stylists here have done my hair. They all have started my appointments on time and spoken nicely with me. They make my haircuts the correct length, and they make my highlights a flattering tone and level. Their curling or straightening of my hair looks really good. The prices vary based on the type of service and the level of the employee. For a few years, one stylist charged me for a more-expensive balayage, although she actually did less-expensive foils. (When I first began to come here, foilyage was not on their menu, and one stylist did not know what it was and incorrectly said that my previous salon did not know what they were doing!) Furthermore, she performed add-ons without asking or telling me, and at the cash register, she whispered or wrote down these additional services to her coworker who entered them into the computer. Therefore, I deducted one star from my review for that reason. My current stylist Maleah charges me for the correct service, $192 plus tip for full foils and a haircut. For years I bought their hair products. I am not a fan of their shampoos, but I like their flyaway-fix product.
