They really make sure you have everything you need and feel relaxed. The Flora Experience area is wonderful and has several spa like amenities, such as a hot tub, steam room and dry sauna. Some services come with access to this area or you can add it on for an hour before or after a service. This area really helps get you in the mood and fully relaxed before your service. It also includes complimentary snacks, tea, coffee and more. We've gotten facials twice now and the aesthetician fully customized and explained everything. Both times we started to fall asleep while getting the facial. The booking process has been very easy as well! We even signed up for their membership where we get to go monthly. Well, I just couldn't do it. What would others think of me? How could I function while healing? Again, he explained in detail what to expect before, during, and after. We scheduled for December because that was a slow time for me at work and it would be easier for me to stay home during the healing process. Yes I was scared, but I did it, and could not be happier! The photos are taken day 38 after surgery, and it keeps getting better! In addition to removing the appearance of hooded eyes, I can literally see SO much better! The world is brighter and bigger. I didnt know how severely my vision was being affected. Cool Sculpting is not fail proof and the percentage they list for serious side effects is not in line with what the manufacturer reports. The most serious side effect paradoxical adipose hyperplasia which Symptoms include a visible increase in the size of the treatment area, discomfort or pain, and a change in the texture of the skin, which can appear between 8 and 24 weeks after the procedure. Treatment typically involves liposuction or a tummy tuck, as the condition does not resolve on its own. When you raise concerns that you are not comfortable with the risk to your safety and health they refuse to refund any payments even if you never started treatment. Do yourself a favor.......visit a real cosmetic surgeon you will be surprised the cost is almost the same for services by a licensed doctor who meets with you in person and discusses the surgery and risks associated in detail.
