They are honest and trust worthy, which is THE MOST important factor one is looking for when going into a jewelry store! I came to sell 2 Tiffany Wedding bands: they had Tiffany buyers/ vendors so they showed them to them. The price wasn't right for me but nevertheless, Isaac suggested I get them cleaned and appraised and best advice is to sell them on EBay. He did a wonderful job doing all that. All smiles here! I agree with all of the positive comments of other reviews. I took my watch in for a new battery and also brought in another watch that had a broken crown. They provided me with different options and ultimately ended up fixing the issue with my crown for free!!! You can tell that Isaac and his team are focusing on building long term relationships and not looking to make a quick buck. I'm giving four stars because they sell Pandora Bracelets and beads here. I'm beyond exited because I used to drive all the way to the Falls to get new beads , it was better in a way because it would keep me from going every month to spend money on my bracelet, witch for those of you who have one can understand how addictive is to own one or more of this fabulous bracelets. Outstanding, amazing, fabulous, honest, fair - I cannot say enough good things about this place. I dealt directly with Isaac and Carlos who are exceptional gentleman. I am sure every employee here is awesome, but these guys, WOW! I made what was a very expensive purchase, for me, here and the next day I got a little uncomfortable with it. I had an awful day all around, so I went back in and put these guys to the test. I was uncomfortable and slightly irate, but these guys played it cool, and put nothing but comfort in me. I left he store and smiled and laughed for a while. They went above and beyond to make sure I was not only satisfied, but comfortable and proud of my purchase. And I sure am. Have been a client of Exquisite Jewelry for 7+ yrs. A few yrs. ago my mom passed away leaving all of her jewelry to me. Her wedding ring was gorgeous however too big for me to wear. During pandemic my nephew asked if he could have it since he was getting engaged. I had already promised my daughter she could have the marquis solitaire and told my nephew he could have the setting which was also beautiful. I recommended he speak to Isaac and have him help pick out a new solitaire. His bride to be was overjoyed and happy that she too wear a piece of my mother. Since my daughter and her beau have not yet gotten engaged I decided to speak to Isaac about possibly using the marquis diamond on a ring for me. I spoke to my daughter and convinced her that it would so much more meaningful when she gets engaged she could say that 3 generations of women in our family got to wear the gift my mom left for us.
