I've been visiting this salon for almost 4 years. every male worker I have encountered seems to lack training. maybe they just don't know what it's like to have their nails done. they injure me, they cut into me with the tools, they don't listen to basic requests and my nails never last more than a couple days. after spending almost two hours in a pedicure chair to get my toes done today I decided I will just be sticking to the one person I trust for my hands only. I highly recommend table ten, or any of the other lovely ladies that work there. the men need more training.

The heart is messed up. It's very clumpy. The acrylic isn't apply on correctly. They're uneven they're lifted. Some of them were crooked in the French tip is awful. Looks nothing like the picture. Oh and keep in mind. I never asked for the glitter around the lettering. She just did it herself. Did not take her time at all. Paid 68 bucks. I'll show you what I wanted and what I got. Going back tomorrow to get my moneys worth.

Issues started popping up 2 years ago. The receptionist stopped calling to confirm appointments (despite having been told 5 different times that I didn't check my cellphone, so to call my home phone as they always had done before without any problems.), my stylist would need to reschedule from time to time, I always just went with whoever was available that day. Knowing for a fact this stylist would work many people in on days off, after hours, etc. But never once was that offered to me, despite paying 75$ every 6 weeks, plus the additional 10$ tip! Hearing the same few stylist make fun of other clients for their choice in color, cut, or even what they were wearing, it got rather old. I was lied to about why my stylist wasn't there... I had not been called yet again to confirm my appointment, but went in anyway as I had my appointment card which stated the date and time. I was told my stylist was sick that day and I could either reschedule or they could work me in with another stylist, I chose another stylist. Within 30 minutes of being there another stylist across from where I was sitting was chatting with their client about how my regular stylist was at home, and was coming in later. Not sick! I was so upset! Why was I lied to? Why not just tell me the truth? Id been a good, loyal, honest costumer for years! That day I decided I'd never go back. I could find someone who charges less, actually valued me as a customer, and I have found her. This establishment was under control some years ago, now not so much. A loyal customer was lost, but I doubt they even care.

Excellent mail salon other than the fact that twice now the person who did my nails has cut them on…read morethe corners diagonally, giving me ingrown toenails. I think she may have been cutting them down like that to avoid that, but I didn't have ingrown in the first place. Not to mention that in order to fix an ingrown your supposed to cut along the side, not at the corner from my own personal experience. Cutting a toenail at the corner gave me a jagged painful edge which is just now been picked off today and the swelling is already going down. Just had my toes done a few days ago.
