They appeared to be short staffed (two people), and I did request a female technician, so I tried to have some patience. (I requested a female because the last male I saw at the shop painted the design on my nail with ACRYLIC paint..also didn't do the design or shape I wanted.) They also seemed to forget this, as when I was told to have a seat by a male (at 2:20), I had to remind them that I requested a female. I just don't see the point in making a scheduled appointment if the technicians won't adhere to it. They saw me come in and kept telling me, "In a little bit, okay?" The manicure itself was a good experience. The lady who did my nails only nicked my cuticles a few times and I love the finished product. Just wish the black was thinner. $50. I hope that they can stick to scheduling in the future.

Sloppy gel application, when I asked for nail beds & sides to be cleaned from the gel color on my skin, deep sighs. She did not apply the base @ top coats appropriately, on mani it started pealing after a week. Paid extra $5 for more detailed cuticle care, she reluctantly did it, but was not sufficient and by the end of the day my cuticles were dry, rough and looked bad.

The color of my choice was added on my toes and looked great. But lo and behold, Sara took over the job, offered a couple of different ways to continue with applying nails for my hands. She did not stop till I was happy! Thank you Samantha and especially Sara! And I asked Sara is she the owner. She says "no, just a worker". Then when he had to redo it he said "you messed up big time" "this is not a joke" "sit still" "stop talking and quit moving." She was getting her nails done for prom and sitting with her friends talking. This was supposed to be a fun experience. She gets her nails done all the time she's 17 and she knows how to act. I was appalled at how horribly she was treated. She still tipped more than she needed to because she's just too nice and couldn't help it.
