We received a flyer in the mail and called the office to answer few basic questions about our house. They were able to provide a quote via email within 5 minutes. They also followed up on the email. My neighbor and I were able to get a multi house discount to have both house done on the same day. We were able to schedule the date we needed and the weather cooperated too.

I paid a deposit for brickwork on my yard, and despite repeated follow-ups, the job has not been started. It I've received excuse after excuse--or worse, no response at all. I trusted this company based on their promises and initial communication, but that trust has been broken. At this point, it feels like I've been taken advantage of. I eventually had to call the police to ensure they understood they cannot park on anyone's front lawn and they can't throw their garbage wherever they please. After the police left, these workers continued to antagonize me and my dog through the fence.

The initial call to Chuck was helpful and easy. He came out and look at my deck and gave me an estimates promtply. Quality of work: 4 Stars They took care of the deck just as they quoted. Quality of work overall is good but there were stain on a small part of the wall.
