In the rather large parking lot, people were out street racing and yelling, throwing traffic cones and making a lot of unwanted noise when all we wanted to do was sleep after a long day on the road. The king suite was spacious with new furniture. There was a micro refrigerator ironing board, iron, hair dryer, a new roll of Charmin professional toilet paper and Kleenex brand tissue. There wasn't a microwave in the room but one was in the dining room area on the first floor. There was a small single serve coffee maker in room with a real coffee cup and two small drinking glasses. There was a bar area on the first floor that also offered bar food. We brought a Costco pepperoni pizza which was about 10 minutes away, so I can't comment on the food or bar service. The breakfast buffet was one of best hotel buffets that we've experienced in a super long time. The breakfast staff were on their A game keeping the area clean and restocked. The outside pool and hot tub looked so inviting! Several families were enjoying the outdoor facilities Friday night. Near the back entrance and pool area, there was a nice sized small gym to work out in. They needed to restock their sanitizing wipes because it was completely empty. I meant to let the staff know, but got tied up trying to unpack and catch a few winks before hitting the road again. We definitely will stay at this hotel again, but in an even numbered room facing the back of the hotel to hopefully mitigate any street racing and weekend noises.

We noticed it was business traveler and family friendly. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms. The public areas spotless and the front desk staff we interacted with were wonderfully friendly and nice. We noticed the manager sweeping when it was needed. Our housekeeper, Karisma, kept our room looking clean and fully stocked with amenities. Breakfast had a wide variety and was a nice perk. I would recommend staying here if you were visiting Boise.

The bed itself, very comfortable, there is a full size Microwave and refridge in the room, and two burner stovetop. It also has a bottle opener below the stove. Shower was fine, so most certainly would recommend this place. But overall this chain seems to be like Holiday Inn- overpriced- so this one is different for that regards.

The coffee tasted really watered down and weak not great if you actually need coffee to wake up in the morning. The biggest issue though was the water. The tap water left this really slippery, almost slimy feeling on your hands and skin that I could never get used to. We stayed there for 3 weeks, so it definitely wasn't a one-time thing. It actually got bad enough that I slipped getting out of the bathtub and hurt my wrist. My wrist was messed up for about 2 weeks afterward. When we mentioned it, they told us they had recently softened the water again, which explained a lot. Another thing people should know: if you prepay and end up needing to leave early, you may not get that prepaid money back. That was frustrating and something I wish we had known upfront. Not the worst place by any means, but definitely had some drawbacks especially for longer stays.

From the time we checked in, everyone made us feel welcome. Jamie at the front desk (I think that was his name) was friendly, helpful, and got us checked in quickly. Nancy, the breakfast attendant, was so sweet and friendly. She always had a smile on her face and made us feel right at home. When I entered my room, I felt a puff of hot air. So, I looked at the thermostat and it was 80°F. Then, I noticed that it was set to HEAT. Hmm, housekeeping has lost their marbles in the head or just simply incompetent. In this age of giant layoffs in 2026, someone needs to bee fired. The layout of the building is too weird and complicated. The building has an arch and when you get out of the elevators after a couple of turns, you have no idea what the orientations are towards the parking lot. Anyway, I eventually found it and get to see my car from the windows. EV Charger: none whatsoever. They need to install some. The nearest Tesla supercharger is about 4 miles away. Installing a few Level 2 chargers managed by Tesla would be ideal; or better still, make it free.

This was actually my second time staying here, but the first time was at the very beginning of COVID, so things were a bit different. This time, I believe I arrived around 7 PM, and was out of my room by 8 AM the next morning. I was able to check in on the Hilton app prior to my arrival, so I did not speak to the front desk, but they did greet me when I walked in. Location wise, they are located near plenty of things to do (TopGolf just down the road!), and plenty of places to eat and shop. I had no problem finding a quick meal when I got to town, or gas and coffee the next morning. I will say, because they are located on such a main road, I was shocked to see how backed up traffic was the next morning on a weekday. I believe there is a high school nearby, so I imagine that was the reason, but it did add to my travel time a little bit, just trying to find a quick way to get back on the freeway. Their continental breakfast is standard, so I just grabbed a bagel and a banana before hitting the road the next morning. Overall, I will probably stay here again the next time that I'm driving through. The location for mid-road-trip from Las Vegas to Washington is just perfect.

The counters showed fingerprints and you could clearly see it was not cleaned. We checked right out and left to another hotel across the street.

We stopped at three hotels in Nampa who were all sold out and or only had King beds and there were three of us traveling (my mom, brother and me). So we went further into towards Boise and as we drove I booked via the Bonvoy Marriot app. Because it was 4 am the app booked me for check in at 3 pm (rather than now). Tired and defeated from three sell out hotels, we were greeted by Jason (who I believe was the GM per the sign on the wall). He was so understanding to the app booking not allowing a 4 am check in, he gave us a half day rate to get us checked in for the remainder of the morning and gave us a warm welcome to Idaho. He was so pleasant and kind. Our room was clean, had a fridge and microwave. All amenities were stocked and in place. We had a quick and easy slumber before heading out to Chambridge for the day and attend the memorial service we drove in for. After a long and emotional day, we drove back to the hotel and were greeted by a friendly lady at the desk, and roaming the restaurant/cafe area Jason was there and quickly smiled and waved over to us. It's little kind gestures that make a difference. A friendly wave making us feel remembered and welcomed. Great job Jason!
