We felt the selection of available trees at Fairfield was good and their goods prices were on par with others, but their delivery and install was steep. We ended up choosing 3 crepe myrtles and in light of our ages and weather heat, chose to pay for FF to deliver & install. (One would think they'd discount multiple items going to same address but they didn't) Delivery / Install staff were polite, timely, and thorough in their work.

(It is a curious thing how a landscaper could do without all these tools if they were busy working....) In any situation a person must communicate or the other party will naturally make assumptions.
