I asked to speak to someone about consignments---she said nothing and put the phone down next to where she must have been working. I could hear the transaction and conversation. And then she hung up the phone--and I called back three times with same results. I am going in to speak to the manager. BTW -this is facilitated by my church. I have donated so much to this store and encouraged others to do the same. My question was regarding consignments. I hate that I felt I needed to share this experience.

Your tools are still in the front yard, which, per our last phone message to you, we inform you they will be donated to Habit for Humanity if not collected today. (It is a curious thing how a landscaper could do without all these tools if they were busy working....) In any situation a person must communicate or the other party will naturally make assumptions. Our neighbors, incidentally were the ones to suggest that they have heard less than positive things about your business, which is what led us to do a little research.
