The manager has been rude both times I've spoken to him about not having my phone calls or email returned. Today I had to have someone stop in to address this matter with me on the phone. The manager rudely stated "it's funny because I'm here all the time and I didn't get a call or voicemail from you." Only to check and see my missed call and say, "oh I do see you called on Friday." No apology for his snarky initial comment and he kept cutting me off. Not to mention my portal is only showing one until and not both so I was unable to pay online and when I asked if he would look into it, he stated " Idk why your portal isn't working. But you can call and make payments if you can't get through the portal" sir the reason I had my mom come there on her lunch break mind you is because y'all haven't gotten back to me! SMH if you care about customer service with management this isn't the place for you. The ladies in the front are always super lovely and kind tho!

Payment process has been a smooth sailing and even though I can do it online, I prefer to do it over the phone and he's very willing to help me out.
