Oh man, where do I begin ? for 7 years from rent went from $48 a month to $160 for a 8x10 unit.... Expect a rent increase every 3-4 months without proper notice. Also they will charge you an extra month until you call the office personally and let them know you ARE DONE. Do not do it through through the app because they will continue to charge you until you call! AVOID!! It's clean - so far. But man do they gouge TF outta you with the prices. I was there a scant 2 months before my first raise in rent!!! Been there a year and my rent has gone up 100.00 - fkkn reprehensible. After I move out my stuff in February I'll never use this company again...and I better not have any gotdamn damage. read more

I recently moved to a more spacious house and went today to retrieve some items from my unit after not having been there for a year. EVERYTHING in my unit was FILTHY and covered in dirt. For the price they charge the least the management here could do would be to keep the units clean and free of debris. It's like someone has been leafblowing mulch directly into my unit and most likely all the others. Everything I had in storage here is filthy and a lot of it is ruined. I'm livid. This location "shares" the free moving truck that they advertise when you move in. When absolutely zero effort was made when I moved in to have the truck moved less than 1/2 of a mile. I went to this location to pick up the truck per the request of the "manager" at the Black Horse Pike location. I asked if there was anyone specific I should ask for and was told that there was only one person working. When I asked what that only one person's name was, the response of attitude was just more of the same. I arrived and explained the situation and that I was here to pick up the truck, that was not there... After waiting approximately a half hour while she argued with her boss at the Black Horse Pike location over the phone she let me know that "We ain't got no truck today"... All I ask is that people care, you can even pretend and bitch about me when I leave... but at least pretend to care when I am in the building. Worst storage unit ever. Dead mouse when I moved out. Mouse droppings everywhere. Grumpy and rude managers. Was in most expensive unit with climate control and still rodents. Every unit I was in mouse droppings. Ceilings are ripped no maintenance what so ever. They claim they have exterminators but highly doubt it. Don't do it!!!!! The absolute worst and most unprofessional business I've experienced in years. I've been in the process of an insurance claim for just short of a year with this place. Currently have a storage unit and went to it months back to grab some things and found rat urine and feces all over my belongings. When I approached the office manager he explained to me another tenant had a bag of rice in their unit (about 15 units) away from mine and all of the units had been damaged in between due to this. Fast forward to today, I've already sent in all the required paperwork and photos for the insurance claim months ago. Any time you try to reach out to your "adjuster" they never respond. Any time you talk to someone from the "headquarters" or whatever, they provide you with no information either and tell you to discuss anything with your adjuster. Well obviously I'd do that IF someone answered. Through this process, they dont put your payments on hold on anything. So guess who's been paying just under $90 a month for my belongings to sit in an infested unit. I haven't removed my things because of the fact I didn't want to effect the insurance claim. But this is absolutely ridiculous. I feel sorry for the people that work in the office because the company they work for is the worst!! Dont ever rent from this horrible company. Trust me, lesson learned. read more
