Four young men and two 26' trucks showed up right on time and worked nonstop at an extremely rapid pace to load up extremely heavy furniture and oversized belongings in 3-4 hours (including elevator time) . When they got to the new home, it was about half the time to unload, hook up appliances, and rearrange furniture I requested a couple of times. I noticed they didn't use moving equipment like heavy duty washer dryer dolly. They didn't use a furniture, If they had used a furniture dolly then my tv console would not have been damaged. Also the increase in move price from what the owner quoted online was wrong. He did resolve the move price. I did put a claim in to get my tv console damage replaced. Waiting to hear back. Honestly I would not do business with this company again because of the hidden fees and the way the move was handled. It could have been done more professionally. Damages to property should be replaced by business especially when it's not usable. This is my honest assessment of this company. I've used Firefighters movers before they did great. One of our cats actually decided that he was going to hide in one of our items (he was unusually quiet so no one noticed). When we realized he was missing they moved a good chunk of stuff out of the pod that they already packed so we could look for him -- without a single complaint. Which we were so grateful for because I'm sure that's the last thing they wanted to do. Anyway, highly recommend! I know some folks may be wary since they don't have a ton of Yelp reviews but they have equally glowing Google reviews :)
