They work together great as a team, are safe about the way that they handle our items and have been trained to professionally pick up the items so that they don't get injured. The driver of the moving truck ran into the roof of the carport. The accident tore the trim of the roof. I filed a claim with bellhop because the complex was asking that I repair the damage. Because I was not the driver, i Asked that they pay via their liability insurance. This company s covered for such mishaps. this occurred on June 27, 2023. This company has not responded to my claim. Their insurance provider has not responded. As such, I ended up having to pay $850.00 to pay for the damage. I have filed a claim with the BBB in an attempt to get reimbursed for costs. If you use this company, just know if there is damage created by their employees, they will not accept responsibilities and pay for their damages. If they are reading this, I am still waiting for my money.

One of our cats actually decided that he was going to hide in one of our items (he was unusually quiet so no one noticed). When we realized he was missing they moved a good chunk of stuff out of the pod that they already packed so we could look for him -- without a single complaint. Which we were so grateful for because I'm sure that's the last thing they wanted to do. Anyway, highly recommend!
