We're still waiting on that promise months later. They make a lot of promises but don't follow up to fix problems. I noticed their workers were careless with items being moved. I just happened to catch them dragging our expensive mattress across the rough concrete driveway. They lost our remote for the bed. only after much prodding did they finally replace it, I would not use this company ever again!!!

From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. When we called this company to report our missing jewelry (gold emerald ring and gold necklace, etc) we were given the run-around. We were not taken seriously and they did not open an investigation into the stolen jewelry. No report made even though my husband called in. We will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, the Atlanta Police Department, and will keep leaving this review everywhere online until our items are returned promptly. Worst moving experience ever. They lie and steal. Get a different moving company - future clients, please beware!!

A box of antique depression glass champagne coupes - shattered. I am afraid to go through my antique China collection. I have no doubt at least half is broken which is a huge blow to my business. I continue to find items broken that were properly packed. You would think Ace Venture worked for this joke of a moving company. And they charged us $2000 to move our two bedroom apartment into storage. Only to break so many things. I strongly do not recommend.
