Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. It seems like they were taking advantage of their hourly rate by working slow, even though we hired 3 guys!! They did not finish the job, they left without even letting us know and damaged our property. We asked to speak with a manager and they didn't work with us. They said that they could get the job done and bring one bed downstairs from one room to another but they left it there because "their boss told them not to" I have never had this bad of an experience before. Terrible service, sloppy job, and bad communication. They ruined our property and left without finishing their crappy job or saying goodbye. Also they charged us 10X what they said the initial cost would be. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

The second time we used them we had asked for only 2 men. Miraculously a 3rd man appears and before they even move one thing, he states that we are getting the third man for free if we just hook them up with a really good tip. We never asked for a third person, especially since there were only a few pieces of furniture left and 2 men could have easily taken care of it. When the job was finally done, the same guy inquired about what their tip would be....ummm what part of we just spent a few hundred dollars on moving expenses do moving companies not understand?? When does it become a norm to tip every single fn person who does what their job description entails?? After we gave him the tip , he actually looked at us and asked , " is this for only me or for all of us?" Broke multiple items. I had many boxes marked fragile with red fragile stickers on every side of…read morethe box and still say them slinging them around. They don't care about your stuff because it's not theirs. I packed items well with packing paper and bubble wrap and still had several broken items. One of the guys DROPPED my desk and broke it to where it couldn't be used and it was not a heavy desk. We have been back and forth trying to get that replaced when the replacement was around $350. They waited so long to get back to us so now it is $450 just for them to tell us we need to buy it and they would write a check BUT only for 60 cents per pound as we were explained we didn't need the extra insurance bc we could get up to 60 cents per pound of our entire move. Now they are backpedaling and saying it's 60 cents per pound of the item. They didn't explain it that way. I'm wondering how they weighed each item specifically if that were the case. Lol so with it not being a heavy desk, we may get $20 for a $450 desk. How does that make sense? I regret we chose this company to move. They also chipped the corner of my Trim in my brand new house while moving my washer in to the laundry room and they knew they did it and didn't say anything. Bad business with careless employees.

However, during the move they did damage to some our our furniture which we are still finding damage to certain prices. they damaged our new refrigerator and the owner of the company took photos and said they would send someone out to replace one of the front panels. We're still waiting on that promise months later. They make a lot of promises but don't follow up to fix problems. I noticed their workers were careless with items being moved. I just happened to catch them dragging our expensive mattress across the rough concrete driveway. They lost our remote for the bed. only after much prodding did they finally replace it, I would not use this company ever again!!!
