Not stuck in a year contract that way worth paying a bit more. I will be going to a 24hr facility in 2 months. The place is clean and feels pretty safe. Neighborhood area isn't the greatest but isn't the worst. Was happy to have a wawa next door because I desperately needed an iced coffee after moving everything.

I didn't have any issues with the truck, I do recommend if you are renting a hand truck to tie it down with a bungee to prevent it from rattling around. There are definitely more secure/less expensive options out there!
