I never even walked into the place, signed any documents, nothing. I called to inquire about it and the business lines are forwarded to the cell phone of Mike Josefik. He answered the call and told me I'd have to call corporate in another state for a refund. The number he gave me was a telemarketing number. I called him back and he starts to screen my calls and wont answer. I've left him messages and showed up at the storage and it's closed. I've even called from my job and once he hears my voice he hangs up and wont answer again. I tried searching for a corporate office and I'm coming up with a blank. Don't rent from them, they are scams!

So, I own a moving company and realized that I had been being charge for storages I was no longer utilizing in the amount of roughly 5k. I spoke with management and not once did we receive information about closing out the storage. I told her that if we did, we would have informed the facility (All this after receiving a call from one of the associates working at Linden self-storage back in July and we informed him we were moving out he never said that there was anything to do and thanks for letting him know) .But after telling the manager she says I don't care you are not getting any money back and basically tell me that she is the manager, and she doesn't care what anyone has to say she will run the business the way she wants, she didn't even send proof of the emails. Normally I'm not appalled enough to write a review, but this company needs to be shut down and closed if that the way they do business. All I want is my money returned to me for storages I haven't used in over 5 months I don't even want an apology and LINDEN SELF STORAGE you all Are a F rated business period because your employee!!!!!

My storage unit was inaccurately auctioned off June 13th, when I was being rushed in from medical emergency, I am 62 years old with a condition. When I arrived the staff member and buyer agreed to sell it back to me that week for $1000., I agreed, this was my life's work and all possessions from childhood including birth certificates and social security that is now being fraudulently used by those buyers! They have assumed my information and living off of it! Two full rooms of furniture have been robbed from me. The staff is crooked should be removed. Don't ever believe that first month free pitch its fake and they will screw you in the end. My bank checks they are being used, and I am now suing for extensive damages. I have childhood memorabilia, that can't be replaced. My medical equipment for pain was included and I must have it. The staff is a revolving door of crooks no one goes the distance. There is illegal activity going on there after hours. Mohammed doesn't care about anyone down there. They are definitely under investigation and should be shut down closed permanently. I regret ever going there initially however I have multiple authorities auditing this business, I need justice for my possessions that have be marketed wrongfully. I have saved voice mails and texts as proof. It has raised my blood pressure and made me sick. I want to spare any one the grief I am experiencing at this point, I lost all my awards plaque of achievement and diplomas those buyers now use unlawfully. Stay away from them they are not worth a dime or penny! The staff are thieves, and they robbed the units too.

INDOOR UNIT CLIMATE CONTROL - very important to me because I had stored furniture in the unit. LOCATION - Very easy to locate, lots of parking, nice neighborhood CLEANLINESS - Extremely clean and well maintained SECURITY & ACCESS AVAILABILITY- Cameras and a secure code operated elevator with 24 hr access to the elevators. Units on upper floors are only accessible if you have a security code for the elevator. SUPPLIES - Free Flatbed dolly carts to move your stuff and lots of packing supplies for purchase MANAGEMENT - Cesar Flores is very friendly and always there to help. When the entrance door is broken, it takes weeks for them to repair it. Last year a homeless person was living in the building, and that was the only one I knew about. They are not afraid to raise the rent every year even though it take weeks to repair anything and they have no Wi-Fi above the first level. This is a 2018 model, and virtually nothing has been touched under there since the car was purchased. But the heat shield that goes between the muffler and car body had not been reinstalled. It was supposed to be trimmed and reinstalled along with the hitch. I am positive the heat shield was there before the car was brought in, because I was contemplating doing the job myself and looked at it with a friend. And the shield was there in the service bay, right beside the car, when the hitch installation was happening. During the time I made a couple of phone calls outside the U-Haul office, the mechanic brought out the car, so I settled the bill and drove off. Even U-Haul's online videos show the heat shield being reinstalled on this same model car, so I know it's supposed to be their normal procedure. Meanwhile, even though I called U-Haul and requested a callback from the install location, I haven't heard back. Already ordered a replacement from the car dealer and will have it installed. I expect this to be at U-Haul's expense. I have a dispute still open with U-Haul.
