Well, the new employee forgot to match the online rate and the manager refused to fix the problem. Not to mention, it took three weeks for a response. We are moving out our two units, as we can't be guaranteed protection of our belongings or trust the integrity of staff.

I've just completed my third move (in 6.5 years, hopefully this is it for a while lol) with them and each time I have counted it 100% worth the cost. The guys arrive on time and handle your stuff with care. They moved my very heavy mirrored dresser - like backbreakingly heavy - down two flights of stairs in my old apartment and up another flight at my house without even a peep of a complaint. When I had someone coming to pickup some furniture I was donating while they were finishing up, they took a 15 minute break (which I do think they needed) and didn't charge me for that time while I was getting the other people situated. This kind of gesture is how you keep customers! A couple of doorframes were nicked in the process of moving in but all of the walls were perfectly fine and all furniture was setup in the spots I wanted it. The guys even asked before I left if I wanted them to do any rearranging and then complimented me for being nice to them. This was before I tipped them. Bravo, A Local Van P.S. The unit was perfect with shelving units making access to it easy with overhead doors on either side of the unit, a step ladder to reach the top shelf and overhead lighting for night access. The area was camera monitored and code accessed. Free single use of a rental truck too! Price was excellent for what I got. He had excellent follow-up when I text him with questions throughout my use of the storage unit. Highly recommend.
