The manager said she would match the amount and requested I let the manager use it as a teaching moment for the brand new employee she was training. Well, the new employee forgot to match the online rate and the manager refused to fix the problem. Not to mention, it took three weeks for a response. We are moving out our two units, as we can't be guaranteed protection of our belongings or trust the integrity of staff.

The supervisor at the call center who called herself "Jana", then changed her name to Melissa was the worst! I had a contract for services, paid a deposit and was canceled with no explanation. I relied to my detriment on this contract to fulfill a scheduled move on a specific date and time. This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered.

When I finally got in touch, I was told I was now second on the schedule, which directly contradicted what I was told the day before. This lack of communication, constant rescheduling, and failure to honor commitments caused unnecessary stress during an already overwhelming moving process. Reliability and clear communication are critical in this industry, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short. I would not recommend using this company based on my experience.
