My storage has Now been broken into and wiped 90% of my stuff.. along with multiple others and my stuff that was not taken is in the hallway with all the items from the other units that were broken into. The break ins started on Christmas Day 2019 and no one has contacted me to tell me what has happened. It is now March 6 2020. I have been in the phone with them at least 10 times since the initial break in and nobody said anything to me. They know who did it. He has a unit there and they will not unlock his to see if he has any of our stuff in his unit. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE WHO PAYS THEM OR ANYTHING THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTING! She was on the phone when we arrived and did not even turn to acknowledge the door open. When she got off the phone, she seemed as though we had ruined her day. I asked if we could rent a truck, and she said she didnt know ifnshebhad any available. I advised that the uhaul website stated there was some available, she proceeded to inform me that they would not know. She was hateful towards my husband who had to take a short work call ( less than a minute) while in the process of signing paperwork, and was very rude. I will definitely be advising Uhaul of this experience as well.
