Once I called regarding some mouse droppings I found in the unit (which Google says is quite common and unavailable) and I was really upset, and she told me how they would do everything they could to help and what I could do to improve the situation. She handled it wonderfully. Every time I called, Nieashia was friendly and awesome. So, a huge thanks for Nieashia! And I really appreciated Michelle T's friendly monthly calls to remind me to make a payment to avoid late fees. Michelle once helped us financially in a huge way. The problem was we don't have a computer or printer so I had no way to print the label (we're on iPads here and who really prints things anymore??). So we were going to have to print at the library, which was never open when I was not working. Finally just decided to pay postage again myself because my child was getting heat for not yet sending the package. Went to post office and they had no tape. On my way to the store to get some, drove past the mailbox store and decided to go in. They took my books, provided the priority box, taped it up themselves and printed my label and gave it to the post man while I was waiting. All for the price of the priority postage I already paid.
