I rent two units from this facility, but I Would not recommend this facility to any family or friend. They have communication issues, as the management has increased my unit's cost by nearly double within only a years time. The last increase was $55 with no notice whatsoever of the price increase. They just deducted the additional amount out of my account. Also, I chose this facility due to the 24hr access they offered business owners. My janitorial business runs at night when businesses are closed. With no notice whatsoever I was told by management that they no longer offered 24hr access. I was never given any type of notice. We leased a storage unit for about a year while we renovated our home. We visited the unit, often to add and remove and removing items. We never had any problems. Air temps always right. Facility spotless clean. Staff very courteous. Evevators and security doors always worked. Special shoutout to Store Manager Teri Tauborg, who went out of her way at least twice to answer questions. She always thanked us for our business. We'll be back when we need more storage space. Recommended. read more

This is a very nice place to store your precious items! I've rented a unit there two different times over the years for several reasons; It's very clean and no bugs! I feel safe and my items are safely locked up. The management staff are always helpful! I was referred by my daughter. She is Very Picky!!! Sean opened the door for me and from then on, I felt accepted and treated with the Utmost Respect!!! I have had nothing but a great experience at Extra Space on S 82 Ave. The storage area is clean and well maintained. The personal there are always accommodating and friendly.
