The most appalling experience I've ever had to deal with. Don't be swindled during pre-sales, they will respond to your texts, call you back, and "ensure" they have you covered. But when it comes down to the actual move, it was a frustrating experience. They were supposed to show up at 8:30am. 9:30... 10:30... they finally called us back, gave us some excuses for why they were late and said they would be here at 12:30pm. 1:30pm... 2:30pm... 3:30pm... 20 calls later. NO Response! Nothing. They just didn't show up and we had to call a different moving company for the next day. Thankfully we did not give them a deposit.
