Second thing, they were suppose to bring a 3 man team and ended up with 2. More time it takes, more money. At the end, at bill paying time they took off $25 for the third person not showing! Thirdly, they sure chat up with my hubby. Hmmm, more time, more money. The time sure stretched out. Finally, that I know of right now, they put boxes wherever! I clearly had each box marked as to which room it goes. They would also ask me, I finally started saying "what's the box say?" Moving is stressful as it is, I would know, I've done it every two years most of my life (military). This was pretty stressful. I also tipped generously because I know moving "stuff" is not easy. I packed up all our breakable antiques except 2 pieces of English art pottery. They were a 12" high Baby owl and a baby raccoon. I found them on the floor unwrapped with a bunch of pictures (we also have found the glass on some of them broke). The ears on the raccoon were chipped they allowed me $25. credit. Most of the power cables on printers, computer and lamps were pulled out and not packed with the device. They came back and found one of two I could not find. I found the last one today. They are very friendly but the young men are either poorly trained or do not care. Of course we find that in all lines of work nowadays.

They moved all my patio furniture to storage including my year old Oklahoma joes pellet grill. It was a 800 dollar grill. Once my house sold they took what was left and loaded everything and brought it to Alabama. Once they unloaded my furniture I said where's my grill and they said it must be in our other storage. Once they got back to Palm Coast it was first we never loaded it and I was at the house. I sat there and watched his brother in law load it and two other employees. The grill never made it to storage. Then I said hey it was a present, so two weeks later they said oh it was from your ex that's why you gave it to us. They bragged alot how much free stuff they get moving people downsizing. Now I wonder did they? Now his brother writes me calling me names and he said ken said he paid me. He even had a picture on me by a new box. Well I bought one to replace it and sent it to Ken so he could see I replaced it with receipt for the one I had and one I bought and had delivered to my house in AL. They keep changing their story. I feel that ken will never reimburse me so his employees stole my grill and he doesn't care. He has family member contact me and call me names. I guess they are his strong arm to quell unhappy customers. Also he was supposed to trailer my car. I let him drive it to his house but they drove it 450 miles with 87 octane not 93 that it supposed to have in it. I don't know if they had insurance for that or the people that drove has licenses. Ken also charged me for trailering it and milage. He should of paid me he used it as a vehicle to transit his employees. They didn't have a list of what they loaded and unloaded and didn't mark the boxes.

This review may be lengthy but please read it entirely. On May 5, 2026, Two Men and a Truck were…read morescheduled to packed up our house. Let me give you a little back story. All of the bedrooms that they were due to be moved had already been completely broken down. My husband made sure the all the beds had been taken a part prior to them getting there. My daughter's room was fully furnished with a queen bed, dresser, night stand and a TV stand. The guest room only had a queen fabric bed and our room had a king fabric adjustable bed and 2 night stands. Our den furniture is power recliner, loveseat and couch had not been taken apart. They did not pack anything else. My husband and I had already did the tedious work and moved it ourselves. The gentleman came in around 9 am. We went over paperwork and I signed for them to start. This took maybe 10 minutes. They began packing. I sat In the garage because I did not want to be in their way. What I noticed early on is that they were working as if they were working on their own dime meaning they acted as if they had all the time in the world. 1st broken item was my patio glass that was part of my outdoor furniture. The gentlemen came to get me and said he would take pictures and send it in. I then proceeded to clean up all the broken glass. He wrapped the outdoor furniture in plastic and continued to work. What I noticed them not do is not wrap any of my cream fabric furniture at all. I noticed this because I watched them take it to the truck and my question, "Are you going to wrap this?" There answer was yes once its on the truck. Next broken item was my outdoor granite patio table after it was loaded on the truck. Supposedly a picture was taken and sent to the supervisor. They continued to pack the truck and my husband noticed them taking breaks. Now our estimate was for 4-5 hours. Long story short, they were suppose to be done around 2 o'clock. It took them so long that my husband and I started helping them move stuff. They finished packing around 4 and then they were driving our furniture 5 miles down the road to our storage. They went to the wrong storage and it took more time to get there. We spent way too much money for something that should have been a smooth move and cost effective . After speaking to someone in charge he asked that I not write a review and they would see what that could do to help. The bill ended up being 1600.00 and they returned 180.00 9 days later. I wouldn't recommend.
