We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. The 2 movers were extremely efficient AND careful. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. I got an estimate from them to move my stuff they quoted me $685 when the time came to pay it was $2600 and not to mention the iPad that they use for you to review, make payments and sign had a different amount than what I received on the Docusign. When she called to check on it the manager a lady was so rude to her and me, she told the worker that the customer should never see the iPad amount??? How when the customer has to review and sign. To me they were extremely nice and worked hard however after some days I noticed that my beds in some of the rooms were not put up, the glass on my patio table right now is still outside leaning up against the wall, the washing machine is missing all for legs and the dryer has some scratches and they never brought the vent in to the dryer and when Best Buy came to connect the washer and dryer I had to buy another vent for the dryer. And to think after paying the amount I paid I still tipped them all $50 a piece. I'm definitely going to file a complaint with my proof of different amounts I have as proof to the Better Business Bureau. This company is a waste, scam and fraud. It was my fault for not doing my research on this company and now that I'm thinking about it where did my $100 deposit go to? Hmmm

They wrapped all our furniture with padding, blankets, and shrink wrap so it was protected in the move and they were always cautious about making sure they didn't scrape any walls or door jams. I priced about 6 moving companies when I was planning my move and I felt like Legend Movers had the most reasonable rates. Due to some unforeseen circumstances that were out of my control, I had to cancel our original move date with them on very short notice. Sky was so gracious and kind when I explained everything. He was very accommodating and reassured me it wasn't a problem. I was recommending him to my friends based on the level of customer service he provided at that time and the actual move exceeded my expectations. I'll most certainly be calling Sky the next time I move and I plan to recommend him to everyone I know!

Brent did a site visit at my home to give me an accurate quote and told me if I need boxes prior to my move, I could pick them up from their warehouse. I did need boxes and Esteban ended up dropping them off to me which was really nice! My move took two days - the first for packing and loading my belongings and the second for moving and unpacking. The three gentlemen who did this for us, Arod, Josh and Gabe were really pleasant and efficient. The two days were long but went smoothly and although it was expensive, I felt like we got what we paid for and had no surprises with the bill at the end!

However, I am disappointed that we were left with some damage to our furniture, including a nightstand I had just bought recently for our new home. I would've appreciated a heads up that the damage was made, but unfortunately nothing was said. This was realized after the moving team had left, and the damage is pretty obvious, so it's not like it was missed. I called the office regarding this damage and received no response. I would like to say that this move went seamlessly, but being left with major damage to furniture without being notified is a huge hit to what I thought otherwise was a pleasant moving experience...
