PROS: Place is nice and clean. The man who helped me (sorry I forgot your name) was super friendly. Took me for a ride around the place, showed me the storage spot I was renting and when back at the office made suggestions on how to save more money since I was only looking for a short term. CONS: You have to buy the mandatory insurance for an additional $11.00 per month and you can not use your own lock. You have to BUY one of their locks @ $16.00 I would still use this place again if needed. I hope to update this review when I move my stuff out of storage in a few months.

Last summer, the AC was out for extended periods. My unit was supposed to be climate control. It was so hot; it became impossible to spend any time in the unit. One excuse followed another, and the AC continued to be off. My inventory was damaged due to the extreme heat. The rent increases continued, and the management was incredibly rude. I moved to Storage King and am happy I made this change. I suggest looking into other options and steering clear of this business.
