I find it difficult to recommend them even though they have some very nice people working there (there are also some nasty ones). The corporate office seems to me to be unfeeling in how they treat customers. If you use their facilities, get in and out quickly for the best experience because long-term storage could end up being much more expensive than you first thought.

Shipping to this location is the most secure setup I've ever had, with gated access and coded door entry. With a dock high dock and drive up dock, It's perfect for shipping/receiving pallets and loading/unloading smaller items. One of my units has power, which is another big plus, and the price per month for power is extremely reasonable because this facility has solar power. Too bad you can only give this place 5 stars!

People leave trash around the facility and there is no one around at night to monitor the activities. When I have a problem, no one is around to assist. We had them pick up some furniture from a store warehouse on the way to the new apartment. They loaded up the furniture from that other place quickly and moved right along to the final destination. They worked really well together as a team. They were in constant communication with each other to make sure that they were angling things properly and keeping them secured. Because I'm so OCD some of the boxes they stacked wasn't very stable, they had no problem rearranging the boxes for me. Some items that were supposed to have stayed at my old house, was brought to my new home. Now I have to take it back. One of the movers used my bathroom (which isn't a problem) and forgot to flush. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to move. They are worth every penny.
