Unprofessional and unethical to raise rates without notice just because you have it on recurring auto pay which is required and no one to voice concerns to. Yes, I will be moving asap. And I will be reporting their practices to the BBB. I would never recommend their storage facility.

The spaces were clean, the facility was clean, and the prices were very fair. We moved out on the 7th of the month, they not only refunded my deposit (as they should have) , but they refunded my rent for that final month. Very nice of them. An alarm was going off in our rig and she refused to call me and let me know. She insisted on calling my husband who is on duty with the military (which she was made aware of) and unable to answer his phone. She finally emailed me four hours later and was so disrespectful. Every time I have talked I her she has been unkind and snarky. The spots are over priced and customer service clearly does not matter.
