This man who represents U-Haul Corporation is void of any personality commensurate with his position; he should be their night janitor. When I arrived for pickup Brent was with a customer, I asked if I could go out and inspect a few of the covered trailers that I was to rent he said sure. I looked and found a 4x8 covered cargo trailer that was clean with nice wheels and tires, all the others were a bit shabby looking. After the previous customer left he began my rental process. I requested the clean trailer mentioned above including the trailer number. He said I couldn't have it I had to take the FIRST ONE. When Brent retrieved the trailer he picked for me I pointed out that the one I wanted was the FIRST ONE, he said there was something in front of it requiring him to take a different one. What was in front of it was a two wheel car trailer requiring 10 seconds to move, I would have moved it if he had thought it too burdensome. I ended up with a dirty trailer inside and out, rusty wheel bolts and not so good looking tires. I have used U-Haul several times in different cities and this is by far my worst experience. If during the 1,100 miles of my intended travel anything happens because of this trailer it will cost U-Haul Corporation big time! I didn't want this trailer but they refused to give me what I wanted.

But the morning I was to go pick it up, they said their computers were down and they had rented the pickup to someone else! Now my whole day is screwed up and I'm sitting here with my confirmation that is MEANINGLESS!! Beware people of counter people who make decisions without thinking!! I needed movers for an entire house full of furniture. Looked on Yelp. I called and left messages…read morewith 3 moving companies. Simple Moves called me back immediately, the owner, Kade, was friendly and upfront about all costs, explained how the process works and gave me a quote over the phone. He booked me for that upcoming Saturday. The two guys that showed up got to work immediately. They were very efficient with their time. Took beds apart, wrapped furniture in plastic, cardboard or blankets. Carefully loaded it in the truck. Cleaned up after themselves. Then unpacked it just as carefully and twice as fast as they'd packed it up. They worked non-stop, tirelessly all day, were so polite and accommodating. I was very happy by the days end, all of my furniture was perfectly placed, nothing scratched, a huge job done so professionally and seamlessly. I'd highly recommend Simple Moves for any job, big or small. I had such a good experience with something that would normally stress me out (moving)! Thank you Alejandro and Geri!!

An alarm was going off in our rig and she refused to call me and let me know. She insisted on calling my husband who is on duty with the military (which she was made aware of) and unable to answer his phone. She finally emailed me four hours later and was so disrespectful. Every time I have talked I her she has been unkind and snarky. The spots are over priced and customer service clearly does not matter.

First impression was good. Went quickly down hill from there. Several small business located in an open mini mall setup. Went into U-Haul part. Nobody there. No problem. Waited 5 minutes. Noticed door bell on wall. No sign off anyone working there. Rang switch... doorbell rang throughout building. Ok so someone will come now. NOPE. Another 5 minutes. Then a guy came in ( didn't acknowledge or say anything to me) went in back room. Came back out way to busy to even say something. Totally avoiding me. After 2-3 awkward minutes he asked if "she had helped me"? I remember seeing a lady getting into a truck while coming in. I asked if that was her. Here is where it really went south. His reply??? She's moving trucks because they can't park there. Oh OK! That's ok but am I supposed to know that. He said it like I had known that for years. Excuse me!!! About that time he asked what my name was. He checked computer & wow!! Took key, was gone for 2 minutes & cMe back in and said your good to go with a receipt. Then the gal came in. All this took 20 minutes. When he actually started to help me & do his job it was less than 5 min. Why the attitude??? Who knows. I wouldn't go back or recommend. Terrible customer service and attitude.
