In preparation for our upcoming move, I've been looking around for a place to buy a large quantity of moving boxes. Target, U-Haul, etc. And I have been really surprised how much individual boxes cost. Husband did an internet search and found this place and we realized the cost per box was really great! And they offer all the side bits too, like tape guns, and bubble wrap, and packing paper. I called around 11:30am and explained what I would need and the lady helped me with pricing and options and I placed my order. And around 2:30pm I received a call saying my delivery would arrive shortly. And about a half hour later, it was here! Even in ATL Friday afternoon traffic. And delivery was free!!!!! (I think you do need to order a certain amount for the free part) Everyone I dealt with were as nice as could be. I so highly recommend them. Fingers crossed that the rest of the move goes this smoothly!

I paid approximately $2,200 to move from a one-bedroom apartment into a two-bedroom condo, and what should have been an exciting day turned into a complete disaster. I was charged $178 per hour, and the movers worked from around 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. For an hourly move, I was extremely disappointed with how slowly the job progressed. Even worse, my freshly painted walls were scraped, chipped, and damaged, several pieces of my furniture were damaged, and lamps were broken. I have photos documenting the condition they left my home and belongings in. I have no problem paying a premium price when I receive premium service, but that is absolutely not what I experienced. After paying such a large amount and dealing with all of the stress and damage, I was then told that I have to go through the process of filing an insurance claim for damage their movers caused. From a customer's perspective, this is incredibly frustrating. I paid your company to move my belongings safely. I should not now have to spend my own time chasing claims, estimates, repairs, and paperwork. I believe the company should take responsibility, arrange to repair the damage, and handle the insurance process on their end so that my home and belongings are restored to the condition they were in before the move. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend All My Sons Moving & Storage and I would not use them again.

Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. They delivered a custom dresser I had ordered and helped me get it past a few patio steps and down my narrow hallway so that the dresser could be placed in my bedroom. It hadn't even occur Ed to me to measure the width of my hallway or my doorframe, so if It's Brown hadn't come up with a plan to move the dresser in vertically in order to manuever the dresser over the stairs and down the narrow hallway I don't know what I would have done. Probably ended up with a patio dresser instead of my intended bedroom dresser. Ira Brown was extremely professional and communicative regarding the delivery date and time. The date before the delivery he provided two delivery windows and allowed me to choose the time the works best. On the day of delivery, he texted when he was 30 minutes out and arrived exactly when he stated he would be there.
