Do not use this company. I hired All My Sons Moving specifically because I have a solid marble dining table that's heavy and fragile, and I needed movers I could trust to handle it properly. That trust was completely misplaced. I told the crew lead directly, before they touched the table, that it was fragile and needed careful handling. That message never made it to the second mover, who didn't speak English, so the two guys carrying my table down a flight of stairs weren't even communicating with each other. Predictably, they dropped it right onto concrete and chipped the corner of a table worth around $1,500. The driver stood right there and told me I'd be taken care of. That was a lie. I filed a formal claim with photos and a documented replacement cost of $1,049. Week later, AMS's "resolution" was a check for $133, calculated off some buried $0.60-per-pound liability clause that has nothing to do with what the table is actually worth. I responded in writing rejecting that insult of an offer within their own deadline. That was 3 days ago. Total silence since. This company will happily take your money and make promises on moving day, then hide behind fine print the second they break something expensive. Zero accountability, zero follow-through, and a claims process that's designed to lowball you and hope you give up. If you have anything of real value, do not trust these people to move it. I would never use All My Sons Moving & Storage again. To anyone considering this company, please learn from my experience. I paid approximately $2,200 to move from a one-bedroom apartment into a two-bedroom condo, and what should have been an exciting day turned into a complete disaster. I was charged $178 per hour, and the movers worked from around 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. For an hourly move, I was extremely disappointed with how slowly the job progressed. Even worse, my freshly painted walls were scraped, chipped, and damaged, several pieces of my furniture were damaged, and lamps were broken. I have photos documenting the condition they left my home and belongings in. I have no problem paying a premium price when I receive premium service, but that is absolutely not what I experienced. After paying such a large amount and dealing with all of the stress and damage, I was then told that I have to go through the process of filing an insurance claim for damage their movers caused. From a customer's perspective, this is incredibly frustrating. I paid your company to move my belongings safely. I should not now have to spend my own time chasing claims, estimates, repairs, and paperwork. I believe the company should take responsibility, arrange to repair the damage, and handle the insurance process on their end so that my home and belongings are restored to the condition they were in before the move. Our move was confirmed for Saturday at 2:00 p.m. We packed our entire home, organized our schedule, and prepared everything according to the commitment made by this company. When the scheduled time arrived, we called to confirm their arrival and were shocked to learn that our reservation was not even in their system. After spending a significant amount of time trying to resolve the issue, they apologized and rescheduled the move for Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Because we live in a townhouse community where moving is not allowed on Sundays, we had to go through the trouble of obtaining a special exception just to accommodate their mistake. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse. Sunday came, and once again they failed to show up. No movers, no solution, and no accountability. As a result, we were left with our entire home packed in boxes, unable to move, dealing with stressed and confused dogs, rearranging work commitments, and facing unnecessary emotional and logistical stress. This was not a minor inconvenience--it completely disrupted our lives for an entire weekend. What concerns us most is not just the mistake, but the complete lack of reliability. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING -- GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND WATCH THE CLOCK I chose All My Sons Moving after getting **three different moving quotes**, all from companies with comparable crews. Two companies quoted me based on inventory/items, while All My Sons quoted me based on time. The other companies were estimating roughly **$650-$750 for the move and 3-4 hours of labor.** All My Sons made the time-based pricing sound like the better deal. It was NOT. When I originally got quotes, I had estimated a fully packed 1 bedroom apartment(of one singular person). To save money and reduce the stress of moving, I spent the **entire month packing and moving a significant amount of my belongings into a storage unit myself**. By moving most of my things ahead of time, I intentionally made this move MUCH smaller than what I originally described when getting quotes. What did I actually have left? **A couch, side tables, approximately 10 boxes, a bed, a mirror, 4 barstools and a few odds and ends.** The movers arrived around **10:00 AM**, and the clock started immediately. By approximately **10:40 AM, one small load had been carried by hand to the truck.** Four hours after they started charging me, they were JUST leaving my apartment(meanwhile I had arrive to the next location and had been sitting for 20min). Then came the drive to the next location. I was charged for the travel time even though the actual drive is approximately 30 minutes. They arrived roughly **an hour and a half later**, and then told me they needed to take a break -- **while the clock was still running and I was paying for it(I had assumed break was already taken based on the fact I arrived at the next location 20min before they even left.** Before they would unload my belongings, I was told I had to pay. **$1,270(plus my $100 deposit bringing total to 1370).** The original quotes I received from other companies were **$650-$750.** I ended up paying **more than DOUBLE that amount** for a move where I had already done a substantial amount of the work myself. And then there was a **$200 charge for tape and Saran Wrap.(both of which I had and would have offered if it was ever made clear they were " necessary" but would result in additional charge)** I also specifically asked during the quoting process about having my kitchen packed because of the amount of glassware and heavy pans. The other companies quoted me **$850 and $975** for that service. Yet somehow, after removing the majority of my belongings myself, I still ended being billed **$1,370 just to move what was left.** This was not the experience I was sold. I understand that moving can take longer than expected. What I do NOT understand is how a move that had been dramatically reduced in size turned into a $1,370 bill, particularly when the pricing structure means **every minute matters to the customer**, including time spent taking breaks and an unreasonable amount of time loading a relatively small amount of furniture and boxes. The response I received when I questioned the charges was essentially **"quotes change. And here's 1.5 hours free and took one wrap and (I think) one tape off"** Still charging me $1070. That is unacceptable. I am asking **All My Sons Moving to review this entire invoice, the time charged, the material charges, and the circumstances of this move and make this right.** I expect someone in management -- not the crew that performed the move -- to actually review what happened and provide a reasonable resolution. Saw an online ad for a quote, proceeded to complete the quote details. The ad prompted a phone call just to receive quote. I'm shopping around for movers...like most people do. The call was Transferred to Juan to discuss quote details and immediately his dull/annoyed tone and demeanor was immediately recognized and was very rude and nonchalant. I didn't meet him with his energy, simply answered his questions as everyone has bad days. He explained they only had availability for a Monday th e week I was looking for and proceeded to go over quote details, inclusions and pricing. I advised I will call back to confirm and pay deposit as the only date he had really wasn't my preferred date, I was looking for the end of that week, and before I could even finish my sentence he talked over me cutting me off, dismissed me and the call. I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. I paid over $1400 for a local move and later discovered my PlayStation 5 was missing. I reviewed my security footage and observed behavior that raised serious concerns regarding the handling of my property. I immediately contacted the company and requested the truck camera footage that I was told existed. Despite multiple requests, I have never received that footage. I filed a police report, but unfortunately nothing came from it. Losing a PS5 is frustrating enough, but what made this experience worse was the lack of transparency and accountability afterward. Customers should thoroughly document all valuables, take photos before moving day, and carefully consider whether they want to trust this company with their belongings. For a tiny 1-bedroom apartment with just 21 boxes and miscellaneous items--NO couch, NO dining room table--they dragged the job out from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and slapped me with a $1,500 bill! That is more than DOUBLE the initial price!The deception started right with the sales associate, who told me, "Don't worry about packing your dressers or chest, we wrap those items for you." They slickly implied this protection was included. Instead, they hit me with surprise fees for the wrapping on the final bill.To make matters worse, the crew had zero sense of urgency. It took nearly eight grueling hours to move a single bedroom. They even took a casual break while my clock was ticking and my money was burning. The drive to my new place takes 45 minutes max, but somehow it took them an hour and 15 minutes--and there wasn't even any rush-hour traffic! Terrible experience with All My Sons. We hired 3 movers to relocate just a few items from Snellville to a storage unit near the Battery (boxes, 2 desks, a couch, etc.). What should have been a quick move turned into a 6-hour job costing us over $1,000. The movers were careless, broke items, and threw our belongings into storage without care. Even after we asked them to fix the arrangement, they botched it. My wife and I had to go back ourselves, spend hours rearranging, and found even more damage. hired movers to remove junk as well as move stuff to a new building In Atlanta. despite frequent warnings in advance they did not show up prepared to deal with the large couch I wanted removed despite multiple conversations and assurances they could get it out. They ended up leaving it in the apartment. for the items that did get moved, they offered a service to take apart and rebuild a bed. The bed they "put back together" is about to fall apart. they forgot a part at the first place and so were not able to fully rebuild an outdoor chair they moved, and then ended up driving away with another piece still in the truck. Absolutely terrible experience with the group out of Athens. I don't know where to begin because this was the worst moving group I have ever worked with. To start, they gave us a quote which was less than half of what the final amount turned out to be. Second, they were supposed to send three people for the move. They sent two so they could bill us for more hours! Their team went to lunch and kept biling us and then stated it took longer to go to the storage unit. It was a 6 mile trip through Athens. It should not take 45 minutes! To add insult to injury, the literally ruined half of the items being stored. Ruined matresses, scratched furniture, damaged our door frame and put a microwaveon top of my son's favorite Masters hat and a bunch of shoes in a bag!! They started with a bad attitude because they were understaffed for the job....NOT MY PROBLEM!! Oh and they also charged us $33.00 for a roll of tape in which they literally used about 8 inches to bind something together. I'm very mixed on this review. The customer service and the movers treated me very friendly and professionally. However, the business kind of screwed me. When I booked the move, I was told from the get go that it would be two movers coming to get my furniture. I received two confirmation calls prior to the day my move was scheduled. Both calls mentioned two movers. One the day of the move, the truck shows up, and there are THREE MOVERS. Yes, I signed everything willingly, however, I had no other choice. It was the first of the month. I had to move out immediately or pay rent for either an additional day or at worst, another month. I didn't have time to set up an alternative. Due to unfortunate events, this is the third time I've had to move in a three year period. The two previous times I moved, it cost me around 600 dollars total to move. I hadn't bought any extra furniture, and I never moved more than 30 minutes away from any previous address. Both previous times, it only required TWO movers. Because All My Sons showed up and surprised me with three movers, it cost me over 950 dollars total for the move. The movers did a good job, and I did sign everything willingly, but I cannot recommend this business because their miscommunication on the number of movers left me in a position where I had no choice but to overpay when my financial margins were already incredibly thin. I could have prevented this. I should have went with the movers I previously used, but I was trying to leave an unsafe living situation, and just needed to get out. Broke glass tabletop, while slashing the plastic off of the leather furniture he managed to slash a 6-inch gash in the side of the leather recliner, gouged hand-made dining table, desk not assembled correctly (drawers do not work), left supports out from under two beds, brand new washer/dryer now looks 10 years old, boxes dumped upside down. Truck was not big enough, so we had to make 9 roundtrips the next day to retrieve our belongings they left behind. Items left wrapped up, TVs still wrapped and sitting on the floor. Larry, Curly and Mo were ignorant, lazy and absolutely not mechanically-inclined. One of the three was on his phone the entire time. Also, gouged and marred the walls of our new place. Where can you improve? Overall everywhere. From the time that I requested a move, they took the appointment and stated the movers would arrive between 12:00-3:00. There was no follow up or anything. The movers did not call until 3:56 and stated they were about to take a lunch and then head my way. I then left to go get my key at storage because I had planned to be at storage before closing at 5:30/6:00 at the latest. Upon my return the movers had just arrived. I had 8 pieces of furniture, two beds, a dresser, four nightstands, a chest of drawers and two small bar set ups and the rest were boxes. And they did not get everything out of the house because I was told they are running into D.O.T regulations. I was charged for 5 hours at $169/hour plus and hour drive time. We arrived at the storage facility at 10:12 and the gates locked at 10:00. I was charged that night a little under $900 after I debated with them. Now they were required to keep my belongings and return the next morning. The next morning they tried to charge me an additional $500 to unload the truck. Again commenced a debate but what could I do, they had my personal belongings. They locked the truck until I paid. Mind you, the first day there were two guys. One worked the other did not. I was moving things out to the truck. The deload day two men worked but I still pitched in. And one of the guys said they over heard me say 5 hours... "There is no way it took 5 hours to load Ma'am you don't have furniture or anything it's mainly boxes." I have moved several times. This time from an 800 sq ft house? I should have cancelled before it ever began but the make you out a deposit down. I was not confirmed for my move, I had to keep calling them. Then I was sent someone else's confirmation. On the day of the move I was about to go grab something to eat when they were going to lunch but was informed if the job did not get started before 5:00 they would not start. They arrived at 4:49. They tried to get me to sign off on paperwork stating they started at 4:30. Now that's not the movers, that it all from their office. Read all of your paperwork. In the end I highly recommend against using All My Sons. This was the absolute worst experience ever. If I could give it no stars I would. I am a pretty positive person. I will simply hope the workers doing the moving realize that even if they can find themselves in a better position not being overworked and complaining about the workload. My rating is simply based on the quality of the overall actual move. 3 of the movers I would give 5 stars. It started with a call to get pricing. Kyle started by letting me know they only hire experienced professional movers. They would enter the home with a plan efficiently immediately wrap railings and protect corners before breaking down and wrapping furniture. Exactly what I wanted but didn't receive in the end. Initially we wanted them to box the kitchen and I was quoted rated and times with boxing. The time and number of workers didn't change when we decided to box everything ourselves. I figured they were keeping extra time in case I didn't get it all done. I was quoted for 6 movers and it would take 4.5hrs on each end. Our move was contingent on selling our home so as closing changed so did our move times. Taylor was ridiculously helpful and understanding. She went out of her way to accommodate these changes we had no control over. I give Taylor 5 stars!! She was truly sincere in her care and helpfulness which is rare and hard to find! Finally it's moving day. This was my first time to personally hire movers but I have been in the homes of family members who hired professional movers and thought I knew what to expect, but I was wrong. Maybe because it was a Sunday they were less happy to be there but 3 of them moved like snails, in walking and doing anything, they barely accomplished anything. There were three superhero's in the group and I hate I don't remember all their names! Santiago was a driver and mover, one female and a guy with blond on one side and brown hair on the other blew everyone else out of the water, they moved at an average pace but never stopping or being afraid to move anything! We walked through the house as soon as they arrived and the supervisor was very thankful the packing he was expecting to have to do had already been done. It felt as though since there were only 3-5 peices of furniture in each room and everything except 6 lamps and about 8 pictures to wrap they felt there was no need to work quickly or efficiently. He was knowledgeable about loading the truck properly but had no motivation and didn't inspire the team in the least. It felt like half the team was riding the clock. It took 6 movers, more than 6hrs to pack the trucks. One mover, who I learned was on his second day, and spent the day wandering aimlessly hit our unwrapped bed frame into the corner of the wall and put a huge dent in the wood. That was the first thing I saw him do in 3+hrs. He had been alone and when others came up they moved it back and wrapped it before carrying it to the truck. I heard him complain to others saying he did not want to move one particular table. I was very surprised our 2 dining tables were moved without removing the legs! Multiple items my children and I purchased and easily moved into the home (love seat and chair) took 3-4 of the men 20-30 min to figure out how to get out of the house. The fridge took 45min to get out of the house keeping 3 people occupied trying to figure it out. When we arrived at our new home I knew there was no way this job would be finished in time if we didn't help. My 17yr old and 14yr old daughters and myself did more individually than three of the people we were paying to move our items did combined. We had to pay over $1000 more than our estimate because of their lack of efficiency, organization and leadership as we worked harder than them unloading! Overall, the moving it self was a terrible experience and nothing like the image that was presented by the person selling the product. There were some true treasures like 3 of the movers and Taylor! Personally, I would never use this company again based on our experience but I'd hire the Taylor and let the female mover who lives very close to our new home to reach out to me if she's ever looking for a new job! I hired this company to do a partial move. I was moving locally, so had many friends helping me move most of my things between houses. I had a few things left, and had felt completely overwhelmed by the whole process. I was given a quote over the phone, and reassured that "what you pay in the end should not go more than a couple hundred over that." I had even less to move than originally reported, and had prepared for the move. My final bill was twice what I was quoted. The guys misrepresented their time on the bill on top of that (read - straight up lied). The workers were polite and they did do a good job wrapping the furniture, from the other reviews, it seems I lucked out there... - my only issue was that there was a lot of standing around in between pieces of furniture, taking smoking breaks... I was frustrated, because I was told "it should take only 3 hours". I had just a couple rooms of my house to move - and these guys took as long as they possibly could to milk me for as much as they could. It was evident. The lead guy said "well you hired us from 8am - 3pm". No I did not!!! I am NOT wealthy. In fact, I am struggling. I didn't want to hire a moving company at all. I felt I had no choice in the end because I just had too much to get help with... When it was time to go to the other house, the leader of the guys said, "We'll give you plenty of time to go to the bank so you can pick up some cash for tips - they really don't pay us crap." He also offered to do junk removal "on the side" - even though I'd already discussed this with All My Sons. It felt shady and wrong. He then pressured me to pay him in cash. To add insult to injury, the junk I needed removed did not all get removed. The moving job was not the best. Furniture was not carefully placed - I had to do a lot of moving pieces around after the guys left because I couldn't direct every single person moving around in the house. Chests of drawers put in rooms with the drawers facing the wall... Really??? I am a single mother with a chronic illness that affects my joints. I am unable to move things around myself without injury. It was too much... On top of that, the guys left every single door of my house open. I had no idea until that night when I got an alert on my security system. Good grief. Irresponsible..... The final kicker... when I called the company to complain about the above, the person with whom I spoke was absolutely rude and harsh. He spoke with hatred and disdain. My wife and I Hired All My Sons Movers. Three men showed up. Joseph, Alex and Orlando. They were very professional and courteous. Joseph explained how the move works. Then they proceeded to wrap and load our furniture. They asked what we needed moved and loaded. They all were very attentive to our needs. Upon arrival to the new location. They first accessed the location. They then proceeded to unload and place the furniture. They were very careful with our items. Putting everything where we wanted them. Very good move. No hassle at all. The only problem was with the billing side. I was told that being a repeat customer I'd get $50.00 or a 20% discount. Which ever was higher. Although I did get the $50.00 I did not get the higher discount which was 20%. I thought that was very misleading since I was promised that. But overall the movers were awesome. So I had to move pretty quickly from my last apartment since it had flooded. Put everything into boxes and bags. One bedroom apartment that only had 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. Called all my sons and they quoted me $189 an hour- they said for a 1 bedroom should be 4 hours max. I chose them bc of the reputation across the country instead of local movers. The movers arrive at 2:30pm and looked around . Said it wouldn't be a problem considering I was moving in the same complex, less than a mile away. They had a new person who was on their team, only 3 days in, the other two were definitely experienced. It was hot outside, atlanta in the summer but they took a lot of breaks and after than hour the 20 bags of clothes were only half on the truck. Asked if I could do anything to things go quicker but they declined. After 3 hours I started to get worried because everything was still half done in the apartment. I did have a bed frame that they could not get apart because they said they were stripping the nuts/bolts. That's was not the case at all, they just didn't have the right tools to get it apart. My friend came the next day and did it in 10 minutes. Once everything was finally in the truck and at the new places the team seemed to have lost steam and went so slow. I decided to start helping getting the items off the truck and was lapping the crew over and over again. The newest member kept on saying he wanted to quit. It took them an hour to get the washer and dryer up the stairs and damaged the hallway. The washer and dryer are in the wrong spot and was told about it but was never put in the right place. Many pictures were broken. Ended up having an 8 hour move for a 1 bedroom apt. Called all my sons because my bill was over $1700. (My parents moved from a 4 bedroom house to another state for less) told them it was insane to have to pay that, they said they would look into it and call me back. Waited a few days with no call back. Finally called them back and they said they would take $300 off which has still not hit my bank account. Moving is traumatic experience in the first place but to add insult to injury this company took advantage of the situation and kept on adding hours and hours that were unneeded. I would have never hired this company knowing what I know now. I am beyond frustrated and completely in tears the way this was handled. This was the worst moving experience we have ever had. We moved 8 items less than 30 miles with an original quote of around 650 (they never send any evidence of the initial quote) that ended up costing 954. We moved 8 items: 3 wood bar stools, one metal collapsable stool ( I told them not to worry about that one, and they still spent time wrapping it up?), a leather recliner, a wooden horse, a globe, and a blackjack table. It took them over 2 hours to wrap up and load these items onto their truck, which is utterly ridiculous with the items mentioned. On top of that, they took over an hour and a half to drive the 45-minute distance (they showed me on their phones when they would get to the location), which means they wasted time to drag out the moving time since they are paid by the hour. Additionally, they took out our neighbor's wifi electrical wire because the top of their truck was damaged, and the shredded metal caught on the wires and ripped them out. So, our neighbors have been without wifi for going on 4 days now. Overall, it was extremely frustrating and time-consuming because they purposefully ran up the clock to make more money and were careless with their truck, which caused significant damage and left our neighbors in a bad spot. read more

Terrible!!! I called them weeks before my move. They took my deposit said they were going call me the day before which would've been a Thursday by 4 o'clock. I had not heard from them so I called myself and they had zero order for my move, yet they had charged my card $100 for the deposit. I even had a confirmation email from them. They then proceeded to tell me that they had no movers available for the next day and I was just out of luck. I had to scramble and hire 2 Men and a Truck. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING CO!!!!! Absolutely not recommended. Worst customer service of all moving companies I've ever tried. Not equipped to move heavy items (like a piano!!). Workers - 2 men, 1 woman - took over 2 hours to move a piano and used the most inefficient route! Then they weren't allowed to move things out of the truck until we paid. And we didn't want to pay for 7 hours when the 7 hours weren't even completed - and moving less than 5 miles shouldn't cost $1600+. Then the guy we were on the phone with, Kory, was extremely rude when we tried to explain that the pricing didn't make sense. (He even told us we were the worst customers ever!!). We've moved with this same stuff from a much farther place before using much better equipped companies. The company also doesn't care about its employees. I can't hire a company that doesn't respect the people it depends on so much. Not recommended. Everything about this experience was horrible. We'll never be using them again and will be advising everyone we love from using them. read more

This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. They damaged my hardwood floor, messed up the water line on my refrigerator, screwed up the front door of my house, and the final cost was double the original estimate. Just plain ridiculous!!! read more

NEVER EVER EVER CALL OR USE THIS PLACE. I wish I read reviews. I have been waiting 5 hours and I am on hold now. Still no movers so far spoke to Moniqe 2 times Jazzy and Monica. Corey was rude and abrasive. I still have yet to contect with someone. I have yet to get movers. I just received a call from a number listed with last name Williams stating movers are 50 mins away. Spoke to Monica at 12 she said I was second and movers were in Atlanta where I am waiting. She stated 1st job ends at 2:30 but crew needs lunch.I now have a 30 min window it's 3:14 pm. Contacting someone to report this business. There should be some type of way to avoid honest people in need trusting a business. There has to be a way to stop this. After showing up at 4:37 pm I get a call from Monique stating the move will be completed at 9:30 pm totaling 1100.00 plus. They knew this morning of my time limitations. Monique said I have more than 19 items. What does that have to do with movers at an hourly rate. Atlanta managers Corey and Monique will be named with BBB and corporate complaint. All My Sons Moving in Stone Mountain help me with three last-minute moves last week. The staff on the phone (Devin, Donnie, and Mr. Isaiah) were very helpful, and clear about what to do. I was clearing out my mother's house for sale, and each of the moves was for delivery to a separate place. Al and Ray were a great team-- so helpful and efficient. Well I received a couple of quotes from this company via text and when they called me 2 days before moving to finalize everything, I was told they had no idea who the person was that texted me and didn't offer to ask for the information I received. Completely shut down down the business and just go all in on fraud so you don't have to disguise this as a moving company. Instead of using three million yards of plastic wrapping for your scam just buy ski masks for your workers so at least you know you're being robbed up front. This company is the example of why everyone shouldn't own a business. If you ever thought evil villains just exist is movies call this company and watch how they try and turn a four hour move into something that they will try and stretch until the wee hours of the night. Watch how they take 20 minutes to wrap a tv. Be amazed how they carefully put plastic wrap on a plastic dirty clothes hamper. Kids today? Plastic wrap. Plastic bin? Plastic wrap. The wait for the hidden charges for you guessed it. Plastic wrap. If ICE really wants to make a difference, leave the immigrants alone and deport this company back to hell because there is no way they deserve to walk among decent human people. This review means nothing to them, but at least I have learned to never hire anyone before finding a yelp review. Their score can't get any lower this won't hurt them at all but I just wanted to join the community of victims that hired these people. They get 0 stars if it were up to me. Not only did they cancel once on me but cancelled 3 TIMES!!!! Blamed me for no good reason. I was available for multiple days to move. The "branch manager" cussed me out and left me stuck in my current lease longer than I should. they cost me extra money and didn't even move me. This is THE WORST moving company and experience. PLEASE don't use them for moving. they will take your deposit and not help move anything. terrible customer service and didn't even apologize. awful people, awful service, awful experience. pay the extra money and don't use them. they will overcharge and then not show up. it's embarrassing and made my move absolutely miserable. read more

I was very disappointed with their services and pre price quot. I would not recommend anyone for their services. First I was told over the phone from their corporate office that for a total of 3 hours it would cost me $487 to move my partial two bedroom apartment two miles away to my new home. There was two movers and they were moving extra slow causing my 3 hour move to be 6 hours in billing that cost me $1500 to move two bedroom sets, living room set, deep freezer, washing machine and dryer 2 miles. No boxes was moved. I paid less than that to move my whole apartment from NYC to Atlanta SMD. The workers broke my armoire, bed rail footboard post and lost my daughter's shelves to her vanity set. I also missed work when I was specific when I scheduled the move over the phone with corporate that I needed to be to work by 2pm and was requesting an early move to start by 8am and be concluded by 12pm and they assured me that was possible with their movers being that there were no boxes or items to be moved. The workers showed up at 9am one hour late and didn't move the first piece of furniture on the truck until 10am.
