Our movers, Carter K, Carter P, and Gabe N, really hustled and took great care of moving our things. They were even finished before the time originally estimated, which was a plus. There was a little mix-up in obtaining the parking permit in order to park the cube on the street, but that was handled with patience and understanding. Upon opening the cube after transport the items inside were all in good condition, so the cube was evidently kept in an upright position and handled carefully. The cube was then picked up on schedule. I was very satisfied with U-Pack's service and would use them again.

My stuff came with bugs all over it and my bike was scratched and now they're saying it's normal wear and tear. Do not use them at all cost! I paid for a full service move. There are tons of hidden costs that they will just randomly charge you without notice. The movers delivering my stuff didn't have appropriate tools to cut the straps on my crates.
