Two of us were moving in to one house. I was quoted $500 for each move. I was charged $850 and $950 for the respective jobs. The guys were friendly and polite, but left a huge mess after loading up our furniture. Used tape rolls and empty water bottles were left all over my house. They used napkins to mop sweat and threw them in the yard. I have no idea what they did to get grime on my mattress. That's disgusting! Then, we get to the new place. All my boxes were marked with the room they needed to to, but they were all deposited in the dining room. The only piece of furniture they reassembled was the bed. They didn't even unwrap the rest! I'm glad to be in my new house and appreciate the help. However, I would never use them again and certainly wouldn't recommend them. To start, I had to repost this review as All My Sons filed a complaint to Yelp and the review was taken down since I used a full name in my review, not because of the accuracy of the review. So I'll repost with a name redaction, but everyone needs to know BUYER BEWARE. So here we go... We had a large move over a 2-day period including 7 movers and 2 trucks. The job foreman and his team worked hard and were respectful. That said, the first red flag is that the office called mid-move and demanded payment in full before the job was finished implying that they wouldn't unload trucks until this was done. This wouldn't have been a problem assuming everything goes smoothly in the move. However, this wasn't the case as unfortunately one of the men dropped something heavy (nobody would admit to what happened) and shattered a granite countertop in the home we were selling. Since we were selling the home 5 days later, a granite company reviewed the damage, assessed that it needed replacement, and provided a quote for nearly $3,000. Given the timing, we provided a credit to the buyers of the home for the same amount. With this being real property damage (not personal property damage), the All My Sons office staff indicated it wouldn't be an issue and that we simply needed to file a claim and stated we would be reimbursed within 30 days. At around day 30, we received an offer from Joe (Last Name Redacted) via DocuSign for a $300 settlement. In consideration for this, we would also agree to hold them harmless for future damages and further agree not to disparage the company in any social media. After several unreturned voicemails and emails rejecting the offer, Joe sent a follow up offer about 10 days later for $600 under the same terms. We have communicated back to Joe that we expect reimbursement in full or we will be filing a small claims suit by the end of the week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They are respectful through the sales process but once they're paid, they treat their customers horribly. On top of it, the claims staff show no respect for your time and your money. bait and switch on their prices and letting you know the day before the move that its going to cost you more before the move so you have no choice but to use them anyways and they moved the time from 8 am (when I scheduled the move 2 weeks in advance) and the gentleman that called to let me know i was getting screwed the night before my move also confirmed 8 am as well and then changing to 3 pm in the afternoon with out informing me cause they had an out of state move that day and obviously it took precedence over my 1000 sq ft move from West Allis to Waukesha A recap on my adventures in moving. What a dedicated crew!!! I was their 2nd move of the day, and when the first ran longer than expected, I feared a cold and tired crew, but these guys stepped up in a BIG way! I'm a disabled Vet, and was treated with respect (as were my belongings). Todd, the area supervisor stepped in to drive the truck/help plan/move stuff so Demetrius, John, and Lamont could get it all done quickly and efficiently. Disappointed that they cannot give a window of time. I was told the move time cannot be estimated.. it's anywhere between 8am and 5pm. I was told you must be home all day. They cannot give a 4-hour block of time. What type of scheduling is this? read more

Terrible movers , cancelled day of schedule move date , rescheduled next day , showed up 3 hrs late, damaged furniture did not mention the broken dresser .price charged was several hundred doll more than quoted. Do not use them ! read more

Booked in July for a move on Aug 30 and confirmed they would arrive between 8 and 10 am. 10 am came and we had to call to see when they would show up. Extremely rude and dismissive when we asked when they would show up. They said "maybe 2:00." They also said they could not guarantee they would be coming at all. Around 3:00 someone from the corporate office called and said they will not be coming today due to overbooking. Again, extremely rude and dismissive and seemingly did not care that they derailed our whole day. Absolute waste of time and money and terrible communication on their end. I started with an estimate of $600 to max of $700. Then was also offered a 25% off my total bill if I agreed to an additional man and to move in a snow storm. HA! What a disaster. The poor guys were set up to fail. My stuff was damaged, my boxes were soaked and the end bill was almost $1200 and I never got the original discount for setting up my move, nor did I get the discount for the move that day. I got totally screwed. They promised the world and delivered crap. Also, I found out the hard way, you get paid for damages per pound. So a very valuable piece could be damaged, but you're paid for how much it weighs. It's ridiculous. I had over $1000 worth of damage and received $150 in compensation. To say I'm disappointed and angry is an understatement. I made several calls and no one ever called me back. I do not recommend them. PS. The guys who did the actual moving were great and did the best they could with an icy ramp, icy steps and 4" of snow dumped in a couple hours. This was management's fault. read more

This was the absolute worst moving experience. Called All My Sons in July, 2025 for a move that was to happen on August 30, 2025. We were told the movers would be there on the 30th of August between the hours of 8a.m. and 10 a.m. 10:00 rolled around and they were no where in site. We called the company and they said our move, was somehow rescheduled to the afternoon between the hours of 1 and 3. Keep in mind we had an apartment we had to be out of on the 30th. We got a call from their corporate office at 2:30 p.m. stating THEY WOULD NOT BE COMING TO MOVE US TODAY, they were helping other families and wanted to reschedule us for September 3. Obviously that would not work, we had to be out of the apartment on the 30th that is why we booked the move in July. The man that called us was EXTREMELY RUDE. Not apologetic at all, in fact, rather cocky and rude, and had the attitude of "oh well shit happens too bad for you." Not only did my entire family put aside this day to move us, we all sat around ALL DAY waiting for them. The man told us All Sons had been in business for 35 years and frankly, I don't know how. I have never encountered a company with such a lack of professionalism. People have move-in and move-out dates. It costs money to disrupt that schedule. They will never get a recommendation from me or anyone I know. read more
