Randy Glenn has never completed one job that I have had him do. Always has to come back multiple times to complete and the last time they made a huge error with I guess designing and measuring the size of the outdoor kitchen/walkway. Literally a joke. read more

We hired them to remove an old swimming pool and replace with a hot tub and a gazebo. The estimate was $325,000 so I figured with that much money they must be excellent, especially after all of the beautiful photographs of work that they had done with shown to me along with timely deadlines, of how the job would progress..... This is where a fool partied with his money!!! Me being the fool.........not only have they been on it now for over three months and we're still not even close to being finished, I have already been invoiced and paid $300K.... I have not seen in my 56 years seen worse workmanship and quality, and a total lack of care... Company is horrible , took me 3 months to get plants and then they gave me the wrong tree. Some of the plants came from Lowe's anyways . Then they Came out to my house to replace the tree that's was the Wrong tree and did a lazy job. The tree was half way buried and all my much and weed co Tyrol was just thrown back in the garden. Future not , just go to A local garden place and get some plants and do it yourself . read more

We had Extreme Exteriors come out and draw up plans for our front and back yard. This part of the process went very well. We was pleased with the plans and response time, so we signed a contract for the work. It went downhill from there. We was assigned a project manager that we never knew about. A crew showed up for work, work was slow. When they started working on the back yard, we already had dead and dying plants in the front yard. More plants died in the front and also back yard before the completed the project. Multiple calls was made to the project manager, with NO return call. After continuously calling the project manager's boss they finally agreed to replace the dead plants. Now we have even more dead plants due to the drip sprinkler in the beds not watering all the plants. We had one sprinkler head for our yard located outside the yard and in the path of our vehicles that we paid another firm to move. 1/2 of the back yard did not even get any sprinkler heads. I would not recommend Extreme Exteriors for any landscape work. We spent a lot of money to have to be finding other companies to redo Extreme Exterior's work. Very unhappy. read more

For 3 weeks straight between December 2021 and January 2022 not a single person showed up for my pool project that had been started on November 8 , 2021. It took 3 days to complete what they put off for three whole weeks. That doesn't account for multiple days here and there. Please find my review on Google. To add to my Other review today, January 20, 2022, we found out that the electrical equipment is completely wrong and had we had to have permits they would have made sure everything was correct. On top of that, when the plastered the pool, they used the wrong color. It's similar to my choice, but it is t the same. Do not use this highly negligent company. My husband and I had Extreme Exteriors build a large multilevel deck with a big swim spa in our back yard. We were on a cruise when they came and starred the job. When we came home, there were beer cans and trash all over the yard, and in the alley (the workers had a big party in our yard) We complained, and the foreman only said, "I will talk to them--not even an apology." The foreman, by the way, was the owners brother-in-law, who admitted he had never done this kind of work before. They FINALLY finished, and it was beautiful, but it only worked until the warranty ran out in three years after our spending over $40,000 cash on it. They had dug a pit for the plastic pool which was okay, but they installed the pump and electrical parts in the pit (with no drain) Needless to say, mosquito city! We couldn't use the thing without getting eaten alive, and the next door neighbor couldn't use his back yard either. Also, every time we had a big rain, the pump and electrical burned out. They would fix it until the warranty expired (after our complaining finally got them to come out). Then, it burned out again and we had to pay $2000 to replace everything. Cash up front was demanded by Randy Glenn's wife (who treated us like we had never paid on time (when we had always paid cash for everything and on time,... 2 weeks after they fixed it, it broke again and they would not make good on their repairs. I told Mrs. Glenn I would not pay to fix the thing again because it was literally a money pit! I also told her we would fill it up with dirt and make a flower bed out of it or sell the house to be rid of it. I will be nice and not tell you what she said. We did in fact, fill it up and build another deck over it and sold the house to get rid of it!!!!! We bought a patio furniture set from extreme exteriors. They delivered a set that was missing hardware, not tightened down, scuffed and scratched, covered with dirt and bird poop. Everyone was very apologetic but they knew they were selling us items that were floor displays and didn't disclose that. We received our refund in a timely manner but this business needs to go out of business. read more

Extremely pleased with the service we got in doing landscaping for our newly built home. From the landscape drawing all the way to the beautiful finished front/backyard, every person I worked with listened and took care to make it exactly what we wanted. Thankful for Brandon Beale, Kevin Birkla, Lorne and all the others that were part of their team. They went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the end product. Unprofessional from start to finish. Ordered new grass March 22. First payment (note CASH no credit card) immediately to "get on schedule". Scheduled a month and a half later for April 30. Called late the day before and told expected plants "didn't look good". Rescheduled a week later. ONE DAY later, office help Brook calls and says "you'll think I'm crazy..." and says they'll be there in the morning. At 2pm (NOT MORNING) seven non-English speaking workers show up. Five minutes of instruction from foreman and foreman leaves. We spent five hours overseeing them, as they had no idea where to put plants. We had requested and paid for mulching. None was done. A sprinkler was broken in the process, and a day later the sprinkler replacement guy was throwing mulch around, and was very angry about it. Called to see why grass was not "rolled"(smoothed- as with all other sod jobs). One week later (after being told not to mow or walk on grass) kid shows up and starts rolling. No call to warn homeowner. Filled large roller with water and then let water run down curb instead of on to grass- which could result in a water ticket from the city if caught with water running down street. There are MANY other landscaping companies. Do not use Randy Glenn/Extreme Exteriors. Unprofessional and unorganized. read more
