On their first visit to our house I received a phone call (that I didn't answer) and a text message letting me know that they were on the way. They gave an estimated time of arrival and showed up on time as promised. My wife and I have two large dogs that can be intimidating but are extremely friends. The two ladies that showed up were not bothered in the least by the dogs and one laughed as the pit bull would drag her special blanket around with her. The cleaners were detailed and efficient with their time. Never rushing or trying to cut corners they did a fantastic job. The job that they did far exceeded what our expectations were that day. We used Extreme Maids for a move out cleaning of a rental house. I booked my appointment online by the number of rooms/bathrooms and square footage and added on the $60 move out package. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other local companies. They texted me before, during and when the job was complete to keep me updated. I fully expected to need to return and do some touch ups or to clean items not included. I was completely blown away when they were done. The two women cleaned the 2,700 sq ft home in just under 3 hours. Everything from the floors, windows, appliances, cabinets and bathrooms were cleaned. It was much more than I expected. I am very glad I found Extreme Maids online. I was unhappy with a previous service I had been using and went looking for a cost effective but thorough alternative. Extreme Maids offered a good discount on the first visit, had fixed pricing based on the size of my home and was easy to schedule online. The only glitch was that due to some emergency at their company, they sent me only one person instead of the two that are promised on their website. But the person who came was on time, thorough and did the entire job herself. I can't remember the name of my maid who arrived early after texting me to ask if it was okay to start sooner. She was super sweet and did an excellent job with the "extreme clean," even cleaning the inside of my toaster oven and other parts of the house I would have never even thought to have cleaned. She was also careful not to use harsh chemicals around my pet bird yet somehow got the stubborn areas around his cage clean -- anyone who owns a bird knows what a tough task this is.
