We employed the services of Mint to prepare the house for my father in laws return from a lengthy hospitalization. We wanted to be sure his main living areas were clean and clutter free, as he has mobility issues. Mint was able to make an appt with us in a very short time frame, which was nice. The cleaners (Caio(?), and a young lady) arrived right on time and got straight to work. They were incredibly thorough, friendly, and capable. We had them focus on the master suite, kitchen, office, dining area and foyer. Those areas were spotless when they were done, and I only wish I'd hired them for the whole house :) Once Dad is settled back in and the home health schedule is in place, we intend on using Mint again on a regular basis, maybe once every 2 weeks. They ruined 3 new sinks - over $600 in damage plus we have to get a plumber to install so about $800 with labor. They also ruined a brand new rug. They put E-Z oil all over granite and kitchen so it dripped into cat bowl. Fortunately I saw it dripping or it could have killed the cars. Very toxic - the there are safer cleaners for granite esp if have pets. Worst cleaning exp - never exp anything like it. read more

I have to say, those who state this company do a good job, are either working for the company and are getting paid to do these reviews or they don't know what clean looks like. Here's why. I specifically told them before I left my house to leave the door open because I have a parrot inside the house and I know what the chemicals can do to a bird. I come home and my parrot was dead. Not to mention, the cleaning was HORRIBLE. They offered me a discount on one hour ..... I had paid for 7 1/2 hours plus add ons for a deep clean in the cabinets, oven ..etc ; They didn't even wash the dishes.. LOL please see the way they cleaned my cabinets it's hilarious. I will show you the cleaning that they did along with my dead parrot. ON top of that the manager calls me and tells me that I am just as negligent. She also told me that they couldn't "reach" under the beds and that's why they couldn't clean and that she's "sorry" about the bad service. I paid for laundry and they didn't come prepared. The cleaning lady stated that she didn't even know they were doing laundry. The company calls me and stated " Well .. we usually don't thats why" . BUT THEY QUOTED me with no problem when I asked. She apologized for that. The manager stated that "the liability" states we have to have all surfaces prepped." they are not responsible for any surfaces we did not leave prepared and that's why my bird is dead. LMAO Mind you guys that we are talking about an animal on a cage and not a table. They didn't even bother to wash the dishes and or clean/organize when i asked and stated 71/2 hours was not enough. As soon as I hung up they withdrew my card $233.00. For the pictures I will show you. They are rude, unprofessional. unempathetic, and inhumane. ON TOP of charging me for a horrible job (Didn't give me a discount) My parrot that ranges about 1,000 is DEAD. Please do not waist your money. Should have pay a little more and go with a better company. If you are looking for a perfect move out cleaning, well this will not do it for you. After paying $300+tip and having cleaners come out twice to get the job done, I had to end up doing the job myself. I should have known how bad it was going to be from the moment 20 minutes in from the time they were scheduled to show up nobody came in, had to call to see what was going on only to find out they were going to show up an hour late. No notice, just plain rude, but if I showed an hour late they would have charged me $50. By the way only one cleaner showed up to clean a 2000sq ft home in 3 hours, her partner arrived way later and did not finish the job. I have attached pictures of the poor job that was done, and missed to take pictures of the dirty shower doors, the rust stains all over the inside of the dishwasher(I easily cleaned it with a wet wipe), the dust all over the top of the microwave oven, white stains around faucets and on faucets. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I had them come out to help me out cleaning the bathrooms. I had broken my right wrist and there wasn't much I could do. In the first small bathroom she spent the entire time on the phone. In the master bathroom I had to clean it after she left. Painfully. Started out with good cleaning quality, organized, communicative. The quality of the cleans dropped significantly over time to the point we were getting serious guest complaints at least once a week. Owner was not very responsive to complaints, very hesitant to offer a follow up clean, did not offer cleaning discounts or credits if items were missed. Tried to work with them to develop a quality control system which still failed. Delivered so many poor quality cleans that it damaged my business and I was forced to find a new company. I called in for same day cleaning it was a hard time finding someone to do this but reggie took on the challenge. We originally used Mint Cleaning for our rental move-out cleanings. We also refer them to our customer's who are selling their homes very often. Up until recently... We listed a home for sale and recommended them to clean for the owner. She was impressed by their timely response and paid the cleaning fee upfront as she was told was required. Later, I received videos from the owner of the cleaners rummaging through her drawers, cabinets, and personal item packing them all in garbage bags to go. They took towels, cleaning products, movies. They had a small child running around while the one male cleaner went through things and the female cleaner left. Nothing was cleaned. The owner had to do the cleaning herself so the pictures could be taken. Mint House later returned 3 garbage bags full of items when they were shown the videos of the items being removed. They were very hard to reach after the incident and did not fix this issue as quickly as they should have for this customer. VERY DISAPPOINTING! We will not be using their services again! I suggest you find a TRUST WORTHY Cleaning company! One that actually Cleans and not just cleans out the items in your home. They used the excuse that when they do these move-out cleans they normally take things out of the home as they believe it was left behind for trash! What!?!?! The house was furnished! read more
