I had signed my teenage son up for self defense/fitness classes because he wanted to get in shape in a fun way. Rick suggested I sign him up for the next level since he was certain that once my son started with the program he would eventually want to spar and compete so why not save money and sign up now. I assured him that would not be the issue and after going round and round with him trying to tell me I'd be sorry in the end when I'd be out more money I reluctantly still signed him up for what I originally came in for. A few days later at his pediatrician appointment my son mentioned to her that he was starting the program. I explained it and told the story of my encounter to both her and my son. She was very adamant that my son should not be sparring due to his several concussions he has had in the past. Since I signed a contract with the place Rick would not return the $230 dollars I zelled to him. He said "a contract is a contract." This may be true but due to the given circumstances and even having my son's doctor write a letter to him explaining why he can't be in that situation I was still denied the $230 even though my son never started. It's very disheartening that this business treats customers like this. I'm a former business owner and I couldn't fathom treating someone with the disrespect I had encountered.

Always something to keep you engaged. The last thing you will be here is board with classes. You can try a class at no charge. The gym has gloves you can use for the class, so no need to worry about buying gloves just to try out a class. There are several morning and evening classes available and classes also offered on the weekend. Ladies don't let the idea of boxing/kickboxing deter you. There are lots of women in here all shapes and sizes and holy smokes do they pack a punch! All off the coaches and front staff are amazing. Friendly and so very helpful! Even members are super supportive and even though we are all DYING we are having a great time!

The box itself is always clean and tidy, the equipment is ready for an athlete's use, and they stay organized by posting what the WOD is on Facebook. They said the 14 year old had to buy a package for kids which was $30 for 10 visits (no smaller packages just to try it out). When deciding on it when she was already with me in her workout clothes, we told the worker that she was going to sometimes come with her friend's family, so we would get it. Nothing was said about any rules against this. A month after that, I decided to cancel my membership because of several reasons (class times not convenient for a teacher. Rigid rules about teen memberships, etc). When I canceled, they called to tell me Tessa's membership would also be canceled since she has to come with me. I told them my understanding was that she just had to be with an adult. They would not budge and told me absolutely no refunds for any reason. This is very poor business. Also, their policies are so rigid...a 14-15 year old must work out with a parent. I don't know many teens that want to be glued to their parent's side when working out. Other gyms have much more flexibility. Other businesses would be more flexible with miscommunications. I'm glad we are ending our membership there.

The place was very clean, everyone was very pleasant and I felt a sense of trust and peace, which is very important when dealing with any healing you undertake. When I tell you my first session with Jennifer and her assistant felt like an energy block was literally pulled away from my body. I was overcome with emotion and could literally feel the energy moving from head to toe. I went home that day and felt drained, but knew I had to finish my treatment. The second and third treatments helped solidify my feelings, and I felt more aware of my own self and re-aligned. If you are familiar with holistic healing, or curious, I urge you to make an appointment and see for yourself. Sometimes it just takes the right healer to help, and they are definitely the real deal.

I called my insurance company just to verify and I was correct. They tried to scam me into paying an "enrollment" fee that I didn't need to pay.
