I came in for a valve check or possible adjustment after getting multiple price costs from other shops. Other shops told me about the same prices Ed told me at around 3 hours of labor for check and extra hour added for adjustment. Me and Ed agreed to 3 hours labor. I took my motorcycle all the way down about 40 miles to his shop. Two days later he called me and told me it was 6 hours of labor instead of the 3 hours labor we agreed on. He said because they guy took a longer time to get to the valves. (Ummm ok, Everyone quotes this at about 3 hours labor, it is not my fault the guy took twice as long to do it). After coming down to pick up my bike, i told him i was unhappy that he doubled the cost after we agreed on price , and also he never called to tell me it would be more and ask. He said he will work with me and take off ONLY ONE HOUR LABOR LOL. So he added on 2 hours labor for no reason and didn't ask me and told me he's "working with me" to reduce costs lol. I should have gone to the other bike shops. I will never return. On top of that, i made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to drop it off on a certain day so that i had transportation to pick it up the next day. The next day i was in route to pick it up and they said it wouldn't be ready that day. (So what was the point of me scheduling 3 weeks in advance?! LOL). It was a big burden on my and my schedule to pick up the following day. ON TOP OF THAT, after i got my bike home and parked it i noticed a screw jammed completely into my rear tire. It wasn't there before taking to his shop, i know because i worked on it a few days prior and haven't driven except to she shop since. Its highly unlikely i got a screw in the tire from the highway driving there and back, more likely it was a screw laying on the floor of his shop. OFCOURSE he didn't take responsibility and instead blamed it on the highway home. Save yourself the headache. He will bait you in with one price, then change it without telling you to put more of your hard earned cash into his pocket. It is unjust. Turned 3 hours of labor into 6 lol.

I took my ATV to ED the owner and was told that my bike would be fixed in two to three hours and out the door for a simple fuel problem. This shop had my ATV for over a month and fixed absolutely nothing. They fucked up everything they touched. I called to check on my bikes progress several times over the past few weeks while they had it in their shop and it was always an excuse or bullshit lie. They have no quality knowledgable help ever around in their shop available. The people answering the phones when I always called are clueless about bikes and no mechanics were ever able to be reached when calling. When telling the owner ED to STOP working on my bike that I was going to come get it and take it elsewhere Ed stated no one was going to be able to fix my ATV. I told him to get my bike ready for pickup ASAP! I know differently. When showing up at the shop for pickup he told me my bike was in the back of the shop and had me and my small child put the bike out onto the trailer without helping. No customer service. When looking at the bike while loading it I noticed that many bike parts were missing. They were unable to be found in the shop or over the phone by contacting his so called half ass mechanic's that are never on duty or show up to work. When asking for a printed receipt of my shocking 400.00 bill for absolutely nothing being fixed and the missing bike parts, Ed the owner had no available printer for providing a paper receipt. I hung around his shop for almost an hour looking for my ATV parts and waiting for a damn paper receipt. The ATV parts were never found nor did I ever get a paper receipt. Before exiting the building Ed the owner stated that my bike had major electrical problems. I told him that he didn't know what the F**k he was talking about. No employees or mechanics showed up for work today I asked... Ed replied good help is very hard to find... Then after being charged an additional 3% for using my credit card on their machine I decided to leave. TIME TO RIDE will not be in business much longer. The word is already out on the streets and bikers are talking about their bad experiences with this shop... It should be named TIME TO RETIRE... Then after getting it back a second time, more issues persistent. We took it home to fix the issues ourselves, only to find that there were now lore issues after he worked on it. All bolts that this guy touched were not tightened correctly, and we were missing parts that we know were on the bike before we took it in for the service. This is the worst work I have ever seen on a vehicle, and I recommend you never bring your vehicles here for service.
