Meaning there are many men who would just come through the side door and then walk through the locker room. I would alert management of it, but they really did not seem to care. And much like many other scam gyms in the area when you cancel they do not process a cancellation. Luckily I had taken a picture of the cancellation form that I signed, but then they told me that they just were not going to accept the cancellation and they only told me this months after I left. Luckily my bank sided with me, but I would definitely warn anyone against going here. They also shared the parking lot with a trucking company and I would constantly be blocked and not be able to enter because they were just so many trucks blocking the entrance and exit of the parking lot. I really did not feel that they honored any part of the contract. They also were never open the times they said they were going to, they often closed early or would close for random hours throughout the day. I think Golds Gym in general can be very good but this one is not managed well.

Signing up and taking monthly payments is easy, but canceling should not be made unnecessarily difficult. This is the only location I ever use and the reason it had Hoboken as my home Gym is because I signed up online and that's the one it chose. It's like they either hire these young people who have zero clue what customer service is or the company itself doesn't know. I am so disgusted and even though I eventually went online to change it, I'm really rethinking if I want to continue going. They also made the gym recently overcrowded by allowing teen to use it during the summer which is also super annoying.
