I signed up for the black card membership because I knew I'd want to stop in here occasionally. I go in and use the resistance machines. I don't use the cardio equipment because I don't have the time, so I leave that for when I'm at my main gym. I don't interact with anyone so I can't remark on the workers. I scan in, I work out, I leave. That's it. I see some bad reviews here and I have to say, it's not that bad at all. If they could occasionally ask the people who sit on a machine scrolling on their phone to move along, it would make things better, but it's rarely so crowded when I go that I can't find another machine to use.

I have seen a few "good" trainers who are attentive to their clients but I guess I didn't get so lucky. Some are unprofessional and some seem to walk around like they top dog or something. Been cancelled on a few times and even got stood up. I pay way too much to have a trainer once a week for only 25 min in which 8 month time haven't seen results close enough to where I would even feel a difference. My recommendation...stick to your own routines and classes, don't bother with a trainer at this location.
