If he had I would have taken it immediately and may have signed a contract for two cleanings a year (which is not unreasonable for my roof given all the trees around me) Brian's price was the most reasonable and fair of other services I availed myself to in the past. The actual install time was impressive -- a two-man crew completed my 288 feet of gutters in one day, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me frustrated. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent. My sales rep was late to the estimate appointment with the schedule that kept getting pushed back. While he did offer a discount for the inconvenience, the pricing was still higher than other quotes I received, but I chose this company because I trusted the professionalism and quality they advertised. The finished product had several details that felt rushed or poorly thought out. Some downspouts looked awkward and out of place, extending over sidewalks or into flower beds in ways that didn't seem properly planned. To the crew's credit, when I pointed issues out they did make adjustments, but I felt like I had to constantly micromanage the project to get things corrected instead of things being done right the first time. One of my biggest frustrations was the lack of communication during the install. Decisions were made on parts of the project that were never discussed with me beforehand. I did speak with the sales rep afterward about my concerns, but getting clear answers and resolutions felt like pulling teeth. There also was never any final walkthrough after completion. I found metal scraps and debris throughout my driveway and yard afterward, which was disappointing and could have caused damage or injury if I hadn't cleaned it up myself with a magnet. Overall, the gutters function, and there were parts of the experience that were positive, but for the price paid and the reputation of the company, I expected much better communication, attention to detail, and professionalism from start to finish.

I am going to write two reviews as they performed two jobs during a single event:…read more ** Gutters ** The gutters look great and were done correctly. Cost was fair and work completed as described. ** Door ** While we were scheduling the gutters we saw that they also did doors. We decided that working with a single contractor was preferred to two as we are often traveling. They came out and while measuring the gutters also measured the door. We ordered the custom door and waited...and waited...then the below: First Visit - Door comes and it is the wrong size Second Visit - Door comes and it will not fit due to sizing again. They decide they need a new frame (same frame they measured on estimate) and put the old door on. Incorrectly as the striker was on backwards and handle loose. Third Visit - Attempt to build a frame onsite, but have to leave to get parts throughout the day. Mess-up the wall during install. Fourth Visit - Door finally installed Fifth Visit - Came to paint and fix wall, but didn't bring the needed parts Sixth Visit - Finished the paint around the wall. Now peppered throughout this process starting on Third Visit I told them thanks, but no thanks and to take the door back. I had a broken door and had wasted over 3 months. Over and over again in written communications they ignored my request to put me out of my misery with this process. I figured they were going to do the right thing, but alas at the end of this process they charged me the full amount for this ordeal. Not counting the number of days (thank goodness my wife works from home) and hours wasted, the work was piss poor. In the end we have a nice looking door. Had I known they would be like this I would skip. Now you know and can decide to not do what we did.
