Excuse me but I am perfectly capable at repairing things myself. My last place I installing doors, put up new brick mold, removing a sky light, installing deck stairs, fixing skirting, fixed the blower motor on furnace myself, installed both the gas oven and gas dryer, installed washer, fixed sidewalk, raised sagging shed/leveled it, fixed a toilet, soft spots in floor, cabinet, etc. BUT yet when mentioning that I knew how to fix the house she just kept belittling me. There's more than one way of doing things lady... so shut up. I can buy parts from people other than you too... so knock it off. This house was downstate and Capital supply helped get me parts. Luckily I bailed on the manufactured house I was about to buy and went with a stick build because I don't know if I could hold back next time I went in there.
