don't stop here, go to the Shell station across the street. Gas prices are $.70 higher here a complete rip off.

The work was done expeditiously and at a very fair price. Tucker works for Vail Ski Corporation and needs his SUV to commute to and from work. He was able to drop the car off after hours and the work was completed as soon as Peter was able to obtain the parts. I highly recommend this highly competent and extremely honest individual!

My friend who works with cars said I could just get some stuff from Walmart to fix it temporarily till I got down to Denver. Instead I went to vail garage and asked them how much it would be, the guy said it shouldn't be more than around $50. When it was complete they charged me $75, I was surprised and annoyed it was that much more than he said but I said "is this temporary fix or I'm all set and don't need to get it fixed in Denver". He said no you're all set, no need to do more in Denver". I told the friend who works in cars how much it cost (since he knew what part it was) and he said "they charged you way too much", I said "at least it's not a temporary fix". However, I happened to glance at my parked car last week and saw the same part hanging down again, and I for sure have not hit anything or driven anywhere other than smooth highway. It was right before the long weekend that I noticed it and I had planned to drive down to Denver but postponed until I could get this taken care of as I didn't want to do further damage, which was annoying. I was surprised to see this company doesn't even have a website, or an email address. But given the positive reviews I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed this must be because they're very responsive via phone. I left a voicemail over 48hrs ago explaining the situation and still have not heard back at all. Given the positive reviews I assumed I'd be hearing back within 24hrs to tell me to bring the car in etc, but with no attempt to get back to me for now well over 48hrs it seems like a choice on their part. keep in mind my voicemail was polite. Since they have no website or other contact info they've kinda left me no other choice than to write this.
