I remember once when I used one of those 6-bottle cardboard holder and when going up the stairs to my apartment, the cardboard holder gave way and I lost 3 bottles, immediately I emailed Dana and she replied that she was so sorry and she told me to go the customer service at the Business Center to pick up my replaced bottles. This reminds that I need to make myself acquainted with the new wine and beer manager. Most of the cashiers are very friendly and it's always helps when they have a bagger to assist the cashier to expedite check-out. I was impressed by the selection of wine and craft beer at Snappy Mart, which is just a few blocks from my house! I went to the register, expecting to pay about $10 for the 750ml bottle of Gallo, but to my surprise and delight, it was only $3.99!!!! The manager told me that they can order and stock items that customers request and frequently purchase, which is an indication of excellent customer service that you rarely find these days.
