    Ford said they will refund our overcharges in person so we are pleased with the resolution. The workers were nice during our communication.

    I wish we had never heard of RedLine. They sold my daughter…read morea lemon. Transmission blew out a few months afterwards, due to a pump failure. What could have been $100s of dollars to prevent became thousands of dollars to replace. We went back to RedLine for the repairs. Wish we hadn't. Owner tried to save us a little money replacing the transmission with a used one, but the first one he put in was defective. Not their fault. Warranty covered the bad transmission, but my daughter did not have her car for 6 weeks while they tried to fix it. We asked for a loaner and only in the last couple days did they spare her another lemon. 5-6 weeks total wait time to get her car back and when she finally did RedLine tacked on $900 to the bill. Including $50 for gas that they didn't put in her tank. We didn't find out about the extra charges until my daughter and her mother went out there to pick it up. When her mother went into the office to ask about the extra charges the owner, Joe, was belligerent and insulting to her, claiming she was being "unprofessional" to ask about it. Owner was just as rude and argumentative towards my daughter. Taking RedLines incompetence out on the customer, who is out a lot more money and way more frustrated than he, is beyond unprofessional. A year later we are still coming across defective replacement parts that they installed in my daughter's car. Today her front tire blew out and we tried to change it with the spare. This was the first time we had to remove this wheel, and all 5 lug nuts were stripped and impossible to remove. So we'll have to get it towed to a place that can fix yet another half-ass job they did. If you are driving that far out to RedLine I would advise you to keep on driving. We wasted so much money and so much time on these dishonest hacks.

Adam Layfield was an outstanding salesman--honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. No pressure, no games, just a smooth and transparent process. Daniel Ramirez in finance was equally amazing. He made everything clear and stress-free and took the time to explain all the details. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend Adam Layfield for sales and Daniel Ramirez for financing. Both went above and beyond, and I can't say enough good things about them or the team at Lost Pines Toyota.

    I waited to write my review intentionally, but on my second time getting an oil change through this…read moreplace and having a horrible experience twice it's time. We used to go to the amazing Cedar Park location for servicing, but have moved in the area in the past year and it is more convenient here. I was at the location for over 3hours waiting for just an oil change and inspection per my service matience package scheduled for 1:30pm. A routine task that takes 15-30 minutes. After over an hour and half I asked if they had an update because I waiting patiently for a long time for a quick service for them to tell me all day they have been down a bay and behind. Why would you not tell me when I checked in or really any point while I'm waiting? They tell me I'm still in line and they haven't even seen/started my car yet! They go to check with the mechanics and they come back and say 40 More minutes after I have been stranded at the dealership for 2 hours at this point already. They say they can pull my car and I can reschedule. How does that help me? I'm out of all of this time for work unexpectedly already and then have to come back another day and hope it goes faster when I have had long wait times both times. There wasn't that many customers and tons of inside sales employees sitting around talking. The last time I waited for a long time too for the same service and they tried to get me to agree to add services on while I was waiting instead of just doing what I scheduled. At this point it will be better for my time and sanity to just drive back to Cedar Park for service rather than deal with Lost Pines Toyota.
