Parking is free and there's space for about 20 trucks, but bring your chiropractor: the lot's cratered with holes deep enough to eat a steer tire. The one bathroom is "clean-ish"... if you don't look up. The exhaust fan has so much dust hanging on it I'm half convinced it's alive and plotting its escape. They say they have showers, but I didn't dare investigate. To get to the bathroom you walk through a closed-down restaurant, which feels less like a truck stop and more like a post-apocalyptic scavenger run. The hot case food looks like it was cooked days ago and left on display until someone's brave enough to gamble their GI tract. Even the prepackaged stuff and milk had expiration dates in the rearview mirror. Oh, and yes, there's a motel attached with weekly rates -- if that doesn't paint the picture, nothing will. Bottom line: free parking, but everything else is a dice roll between "mild inconvenience" and "questionable life choices." Two stars because I didn't die.

I went to the McDonald's side & told a clerk & she informed that it wasn't their bathrooms. I'm sure their customer use them also. I told her an elderly lady was in there having trouble. She then walked to the store clerk. There were only extra large cups at soda dispenser. All clerks were either on their phones or talking to family & friends. This use to be a nice stop but no more. I'll be sending a complaint to McDonald's also.

"Red" button as I departed. Coffee was stocked though the attendant felt that now was the time to tidy and clean up. Okay, I worked around him and was able to get a large coffee creamered and through the ground-to-order machine. And then it went sideways. The young lady in front of me at the register was redeeming lottery tickets and the one young man was overwhelmed. As he continued trying to sort it out unsuccessfully, the line grew and grew. Now eight people waiting and for the first time ever, I abandoned the coffee. Maybe he's fine at keeping the store running when everything's good but he needs way more help with the lottery machine. Disappointing experience this morning. I'm not done with Love's - they're usually awesome - and I will eventually return to this one when I'm passing through Jackson. Hopefully they have this guy trained up by then. I don't feel right calling him out by name on Yelp. [Review 2303 of 2024 - 551 in Tennessee - 23318 overall]

There was enough space to navigate with our SUB while pulling a trailer, although carefully depending on how poorly the cars were parked in front of the store. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with all your normal necessities. Bonus points that the toilets, sinks, and paper towels were all touchless. There was a reasonable, but not overwhelming, assortment of snacks and drinks. There were several self-checkouts which meant no waiting in line once our selections were made. There was a subway that we didn't try and a Chester's that had great fried chicken and biscuits literally straight out of the oven. I'd stop again just for the potato wedges. Nothing was astonishingly amazing (except maybe the food from Chester's), but everything was very serviceable. The only negative was gas was quite a bit more than the travel stops ~15 miles in either direction.

I don't understand that they welcome RVs but they don't have accommodations for them to get gas. We hit the pole next to the pump and bent our wheel well on the trailer.
