They towed my car where there were no signs. They claimed it was a fire lane. I had to call the…read morepolice to find who took my car. Police gave me the number and I called. Police receommended to write a letter and get receipt to give to the landlord due to illegal signage. First no one picked up. Second ring a man picked up and send my driver will call me in a few. Driver does not call, after 30min later we call again. The man picked up and said the same thing. They would not provide an address of where my car is located when I called. Third call a woman picks up and said your driver is on there way and will be there in 30min. 30min go by and still no car. I call again the women says your driver had to change a spare tire on the way. An hour and a half goes by and the same women who I was speaking with on the phone was the driver in the tow truck. The woman said they only accept cash, money order, or certified bank check. We gave her $355 and asked receipt. She provided no receipt and said we will get a digital receipt the next morning. I call again the next morning and they said I will get my receipt in a few. I received my receipt close to noon the next day. The receipt requires my signature which they don't have, which says that I received my car in good condition. This was an awful experience and the women tow truck driver claims they put signs up when they are notified they are down. My sister has lived in that complex for 5 years there has never been a sign for fire lane!

She said I'm just a dispatcher you have a 2:30 appointment to pick up the car and you will get a text with instructions and fees. An hour later, no text . Called back oh it can take up to 30 minutes to get the text. Called back, oh I'll let the manager know you called. Mind you they close at 4. They are trying to keep the car and increase the fees I have to pay. Beware!
