We were told it would be 45 minutes to 105 minutes until Extreme Towing got here to pick it up. It has been over 3 1/2 hours and they are still not here yet. At the two hour mark my wife called them, at the 2 1/2 hour mark I called, at the 3 hour mark our insurance company called them. Extreme Towing does not have the ability to gauge how long it will take them to pick up your vehicle. Their revised estimates are consistently wrong. I wasted my entire afternoon sitting in a parking lot. This company is the definition of unreliable. Avoid Extreme Towing at all costs.
