I did ask before I paid for my service to have them please put air in my tires after the car was washed. The punk with the air hose did an ok job with one tire, but for some reason when I kindly asked him to add a little more (as my gauge reading the amount of air on my Tesla) said they were still well below normal. This wouldn't have happened if the attendant did his job properly. I immediately asked for a manager. That's when I met York, the line supervisor. I pointed out the damage. He was professional, polite and understanding. He quickly stopped the car wash and his colleague went in to look for my broken car piece. A minute later, he came out with it. The vacuums are very strong and the hose was long enough to reach all areas of my vehicle. To promote car washing, their signage interestingly plays up the pandemic fear, but I didn't notice any staff wiping down the hoses after customers used the vacuums. Payment was easy at the kiosk but there was an extended delay to enter the car wash tunnel because the customer ahead of me apparently selected the $5 option and only the minimum $10 car wash was being allowed. Eventually, the woman exited her car and meandered over to the kiosk and made an additional payment, returned to her vehicle and was allowed to proceed. Then one attendant approached confirming I'd paid $10 and I was waved into the car wash. Another attendant guided me into the track and "Vanna White" motioned through the instructions. Did a decent job, giving a nice shine with only missing a few areas, i.e., around the tag.
