It's Saturday morning and I arrived at Jeff's Car Wash around 9:30AM and people were out getting their whips washed and ready for the weekend! Jeff still offers the MOST INEXPENSIVE basic car wash at ONLY $3!!! How can one not stop in at least once a week for that one? Plus, one always has access to the free vacuum and mini detail area. Of course Jeff offers better packages based upon one's needs and I've occasionally splurged when necessary. The lot is constantly maintained, the staff is friendly and today, one of them, I wish I got his name, helped me with a small favor I needed with my Buick Encore. I wouldn't go to another car wash and I've lived in the Victoria Park and Oakland Park area for over twenty years. This is the place to go and you get to have aittle fun too while keeping your ride clean. BTW, have you seen the prices of some of these other car washes? Holy Cow!!! I was looking for an automated car wash where I can use my own towels to dry my car. Other places reuse the same towels from other cars which picks up dirt that scratches the finish. I learned this from car detailers about dirty towels are worse for damaging the finish The automated car wash works the same way as the Mercedes car wash back in Chicago. read more

I got a "All the LUV" membership and I'm still going back after 5 months. I'm satisfied with my wash and the vacuums afterwards are included in the price. There's microfiber towels to wipe off spots that weren't dried with the blowers/fans. If you're picky about those microscratches on your car, I'd probably stay away. read more

Writing this review as a message. Its very annoying to be at the end of a sign up process of a membership to have some guy running over to you so that they can scan their card so they can get credit for the membership. It made the process so much longer with his unnecessary explanations and it forces you to talk to someone when you truly dont need to. Will be cancelling after the 2 months. read more

I feel as if I were more happy before the ownership change. The value I got from Jeff's Carwash was much better. But since it changed over to luv I've definitely seen a dramatic difference in the wash. I tried going to luv twice, paid $17 and both times my vehicle definitely was not cleaned as it used to be, wheels were still dirty, and car was definitely not dry. Great place for a car wash from the no frills $3 option all the way to up deluxe options. They have a free DIY vacuum station which is a good place to dry any drops not covered by their full force blowers that are the last part of the wash process. It's adjacent to a Chevron gas station so you can check two things off your to do list with one trip. read more

Even if I washed my car 4 to 5 times per month it would have been cheaper it Jeff's was still there. Disappointed but I wish you all the best. This is a great place whether you want a quick $3 wash and rinse or a more detailed wash. The car wash is always running, never out of service. The hours are great and the guys are helpful if you have questions. I come a few times a week for a quick rinse and vacuum from being at the beach. The free vacuums are great, powerful and always working. If they are down, the guys fix them immediately. Payments are automated cash, credit or debit which are great options. My car was infested with ants and all car wash places were closed. Luckily this one was still open. I had a bunch of boxes in my car from moving and I was able to unload them, vacuum and then get my car washed. This place is so convenient, they have fair prices, and their products are good. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! In the middle of the automated wash section there was a malfunction which in turn rear ended my vehicle into the vehicle in front of me. Upon exiting the wash the other driver and myself pulled to the side to investigate. The assumed manager (Robert) once verifying we had exited the wash area left and the other driver and myself had to chase down to get some info. Immediately upon seeing there was damage his response was they are not responsible and to file a police report. Absolutely terrible business relations and customer service. After some back and forth, Robert trying to argue if behind the wheel the driver is fully responsible and falls under Florida law, they offered a free car wash. This was based on a rebuttal that their machine was in control of my vehicle with hands off the wheel and being in neutral. No more business from my end! read more

My car was very dirty when I went there. Now my car is very clean inside and out. The car wash did an excellent job cleaning all the dirt off my car and the vacuums were extra strong so I could get the inside clean too. I'd honestly give it 4 stars but the day I went (primarily for the vacuums) they were only open for the wash so I had to find a nearby gas station and spend 3 more bucks on vacuuming. I wash a fleet of our Tesla's (rental cars ) here daily for 6 months . And for the first time the wash went down in the middle of a Carwash ; I spoke to the assistant manager who I expected to correct the situation or at least be professional. He first claims to be the owner and stated his name was Jeff then proceeded to tell there's nothing he can do to help and I'm arguing over $3 he was extremely combative and unprofessional . This place started of so good and now they have ghetto managers that can careless about there customers . Very shameful read more

This establishment scratched my car and refused to accommodate me for it. They accused me of lying, called me names and called the police because I wanted to file a claim report and contact corporate. The manager Andreas was vey rude and accused me of lying. I am a black female and the men became very aggressive and called me "entitled" and "rude". Andreas also accused me of that as well even though he stated he was not present yesterday for the incident. No contact from the owner which I can only assume supports this negative behavior. I have asked for communication to go above them and they respond by ignoring or dismissing me. They have made me very uncomfortable and nervous especially calling the authorities when there was no yelling on threat made towards them. The police took my side and explained that it is my right to complain and make as many requests as I like as long as I am not disrupting the peace or business...So here I am today again with the same excuses...they have to call the owner and he has to review the tapes....which I was told the owner doesn't review them....this is a terrible experience...I hope the owner sees this!!! Never go there again!!! If there is a problem they will accuse you first and accuse you again and when you don't agree they attack you personally. I am disgusted.
